Fantastic experience: 18Y is a welcoming place for all, I visited to ask for kids lessons, boxing, fitness etc. It was great pleasure meeting Mr.Ibrar, he said come for free lesson to see and it was great. I and kids enjoy going to Y18 and keeping ourselves fit. I will recommend it to try.

They have all the facilities you need and everything you could ever want. The staff are so kind and sweet, especially Nick, he's a great guy and always helps me and my family out. Positive experience: Been going to this gym every so often for some years. The gym does have high quality equipment, is spacious and relatively clean. The toilets however are filthy every so often with no toilet paper. The sauna never seems to work so not sure what is happening here. The car park is good but a few times it’s been totally full. The guys behind the counter seem to be disinterested in the customers and I find them hard to engage with. Their body language isn’t good. Every so often they will have youngsters aged around 15 behind the counter who give off bad boy vibes. Worryingly there is a strong smell of cannabis in the atmosphere that can ruin the workout.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, lots of space and plenty of machines. Machines that will target almost any part of the body, was reluctant to make this review because i dont want more people flooding this gym LOL. Even at peak times I still find myself having a good selection of equipment. I dont think i’ll ever be going back to a commercial gym.

Negative experience: Machines are very poorly maintained and are in desperate need of servicing. Machines and equipment are dirty and rarely cleaned. Toilet is dirty and toilet paper is not restocked. Equipment is poorly laid out and too close together. Little guy who owns it runs a circuit that intrudes on space. He should do it upstairs.

Fantastic experience: Dumbbells go up to 100kg, plenty of plates, plenty of amazing machines, gym music that's actually good, free unlimited parking. There's absolutely nothing to complain about, I'm gassed I found this place

Negative experience: I pay for full membership and every time I ask them to put the sauna on they say is broken and every time I ask, they say broken so they put the steam on but when it comes to the other special people they put the sauna for them and that’s unfair and plus the bathroom dirty stinks steam room stinks sweat dirty never come again again. and the people working there are rude NOT Recommended GYM.

Fantastic experience: When I was ill and paying 70 a month for there MMA and there gym they really helped out so much by freezing the account and letting me get back into MMA lightly. Honestly the most genuine gym u will go too

Negative experience: Got a injury the other day due to them having the lights off it was really dark I put wrong weights on the flat bench and pulled my shoulder told them numerous times put the lights on but they love to save money on electricity put we pay full membership and when your a day over the membership it’s like the worlds over for them absolutely disgusting behaviour jam is the best one out the lot PlEASE LEAVE YOUR LIGHTS ON and another thing they tend to not say anything to black and white people only Asians..

Negative experience: It's literally the worst gym i have ever been to. Bad attitude people and all plates in bad condition and all different sizes and brands. Also you feel you can't breathe in there. We went for a day on our trip, really disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this place it is better to literally take the day off.

These guys have done a great job and have made some great improvements. The gym has everything and is very clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. Top gym.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. It's brand new and so far the experience has been great. You get access to gym and sauna with a normal membership. They also offer training classes in a full membership.

Positive experience: The gym area is spot on no complaints in that department, however the sauna, steam and shower facilities are an absolute joke. The sauna and steam are off most of the time and when you request to have them put on the staff get very touchy and if they do put it on you have to wait 30mins before it even heats up not convenient when you're on a tight schedule. The shower cubicles are so small worst showers.

Positive experience: Very nice gym with only men. And no music. They have all the machines and everything you need to a good workout. Been attending this gym for years. As the maintenance reason is no music is blasting in there. The sauna works on a pro rata. The steam room is not working. However the place needs constant cleaning and this is thb e only downfall. You have a few workers that think it's ok to carry out a workout while at work. But if you want to go do your thing and leave without having a shower or a steam then this the place otherwise find a place with 5 start hygiene cause that's all it is missing. A decent gym just needs a good clean ever week

Fantastic experience: Would recommend this gym for to everyone from beginners to bodybuilding veterans! They got really high ceilings with amazing lighting giving the gym a very relaxed atmosphere. Their also constantly getting new machines and updating the gym. They got an average sized octagon but no boxing ring . The only down side I see is the location/entrance. It's located in a very obscure location with no clear entrance and therefore some maybe deterred as the entrance can seem very shady at night, however I feel this only adds to its value - like a diamond in the dirt.
