Fantastic experience: Great place to train. The owner is so knowledgeable and always available to help and guide. Equipment is good and well rounded. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful too. A great personal trainer works below too for some one to one if needed. Would definitely recommend for all levels of training and fitness.

Fantastic experience: This is a proper old school gym, got to have many friends there from over the years. Brilliant gym and still going after all these years.
