The Spa at Four Seasons London at Ten Trinity Square

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing experience today. I booked the Ten-Trini-Tea Spa day for me and my friend for her birthday. It was absolute amazing. Chelsea at the spa reception was fantastic. She really looked after us and went above and beyond to make the day special and I just want to say a massive thank you to her . The place was stunning. Facilities were amazing. We both had a massage which was well needed and the therapists were very intuitive. The afternoon tea was lovely, there was a piano player which really set the mood. An absolute 10/10 thank you so much. We will most definitely be back x

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this spa, I booked a 4 hour slot. All the facilities were clean and functional. The staff were so attentive and nice. I highly recommend!

Positive experience: A wonderful experience, but however no one reported that the Jacuzzi would not work and when I came they told me: why weren't you warned about this? Although I obviously went specifically for the Jacuzzi and hammam

Positive experience: The masseur was good, but with no separate hammam in the men’s area, you aren’t really able to have a good steam, which at these prices, one expects. Also, might have been the time of day, but no toiletries either (ear buds, disposable razors, etc.) Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Amazing spa. Clean and everything was catered for. Lovely staff especially the gentleman that was keeping the spa clean and replacing towels on the loungers. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: We very much enjoyed our 4-hour afternoon pass. Starting with the great service at the spa’s reception, then the very nice changing rooms and their facilities (great showers/lockers), it was a great start. The spa itself consists of a pool, some jacuzzi beds, a sauna and steam room and a relaxation “space” (there’s also a gym). The spa is very nice, minimalist and modern, tastefully designed. One complaint though (missing out on 5 stars): the relaxation space/room is…..pretty bad. Just a couple of stools in a weird spot. Should be a closed room with some loungers and relaxing music
