Fantastic experience: I have only ever been in to pick up a friend however she raves about this place and ypu can tell that the staff and atmosphere are both really welcoming. I have reported Michael aka Luke's review, as I know the person and find it laughable that he would suggest feeling "attacked" here when he spends his days preying on the (very fake) office slapper at his workplace. Staying on topic, I have already caved in and made a resolution to join in the New Year. Happy New Year guys :)

Fantastic experience: If you want a gym with a great atmosphere this is the place! I had never joined a gym before as i find them intimidating especially as a male, Lift Up is not like this at all. I actually look forward to going to exercise as the equipment is great, easy to use and Rich is nothing but helpful, whoever wrote the negative review clearly hasn't met him. I have worked out with Rich's help a programme to achieve what i want and he gives suggestions on new exercises and help on how to use the equipment. He has even helped me with exercises to rehabilitate my knees. My wife has also joined and finds the classes better than her previous gym. I cant recommend this gym highly enough.

Fantastic experience: An excellent facility with really friendly staff and new and up to date equipment. It has a good atmosphere and I enjoy going. I look forward to participating in the great number of classes which are spread through the week. PS. I would ignore the 1 star comment from Michelle as it seems to be an epic work of fiction.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, its clean, very chic and very personal. The equipment is the latest equipment and there is a great variety of different machines, weights and classes available. The staff are friendly and fun and offer a one to one service. The changing rooms are gorgeous, and you can see a lot of thought and effort has gone into the set up and style of these. Well done guys, certainly the least intimating gym around and i would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice local, friendly gym, outside of evesham. I use this as a second gym and its a perfect intimate gym, offering exactly what you would want to keep fit.

Fantastic experience: Well I've done it.....I joined this amazing gym, went for my 1st session tonight.....can't thank Rich and his team enough.....helpful, friendly and in no way intimidating THANK YOU. I even booked my 1st class for later in the week....thats how supportive and relaxing they made me feel.

Negative experience: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! This 'gym' is an atrocity, and makes me sick to my stomach. The 'gym' owner is incredibly rude, and I felt as if I was being attacked the moment I entered the building. This traumatic experience has left me insecure, and scarred in inconceivable ways. I'm now afraid to try out new experiences, and I would definitely not wish this upon my worst enemy.
