Negative experience: I’m an infrequent visitor to the gym next door which in which I just pop in every now and then to see my wife. I’ve come to visit her twice and been verbally attacked by a member of staff about a car parking space which isn’t labelled and there’s rarely any space to park on the road due to parents dropping off their children to the cheerleading. Tonight your member of staff was shouting at me in front of some of your attending parents swearing and generally being rude and aggressive! I raised back as it’s only a space and it’s the second time she’s done this last time attempting to block my car in! It’s disgusting and unprofessional and very unnecessary I really don’t see the issue in me parking my car for a max of 15-20 minutes and be gone by the time they’re finished. If that’s the way your staff talk to the general public I dread to think how they behave to children and parents!
