Positive experience: Dropped in this morning after a few years. Didn’t require membership and was able to pay £7 for a one off individual session in the gym. Not bad if you just want to go in and get the work done. Staff were really friendly! Lots of treadmills and running machines, squat racks with weights, two Concept 2 rowing machines. Equipment generally in good order, could be a bit cleaner. There was blue roll to wipe things down but no spray. Changing rooms are a decent size and clean with a few showers. Lockers are quite small and unfortunately won’t fit a backpack but I was able to keep my bag with me in the gym during the session. There’s a cafe space which looked to be closed at the time I was there (about 10am.) All in all a great facility with great staff. Looking forward to going back!

Fantastic experience: Great staff, great atmosphere and venue. But desperately needs maintenance of equipment or new equipment! Not hygienic using rusty bikes, seats falling to bits, machines squeaking and creaking. Needs some money putting in the gear, but everything else is spot on. Amazing manager and staff, great people who attend this gym too. Fab atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym with friendly staff. Very community based and well worth supporting. Even has a beginner's cycle group that meets twice a week.

Positive experience: Nice little sports centre. Could do with lights in the carpark especially when it's raining and you can't see any of the puddles. People who are going to workout rarely wear wellies.

Fantastic experience: Small and very welcoming leisure centre with great classes including Spin. I'm yet to try the gym but the place has a very friendly vibe and prices are very reasonable!
