Negative experience: This place is in shambles. Weight room looks like a earthquake hit it. Floor is so uneven it’s hard to walk or feel like you are on level ground. Broken window in one room. I could have worked out for free as no one was at the front desk. But decided I’d go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Great services, trained with professional and qualified staff . Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I fail to see how this gym can justify the price i have been charged. I had paid £5 for a single sessions which in itself is expensive for the basic and poorly maintained equipment. I had then assumed the sauna was in with this £5 so i had asked and it was an extra £3.50 to use a sauna which i must add was poorly ventelated and filled with cobwebs.I also fund the main section of the building a huge health and safety hazard as you can see from the pictures.

Fantastic experience: No frills gym with great people (both employed and members); £5 a session aswell. Will definitely be returning.

Carl couldn’t do more to help you, he’s friendly and approachable and will also advise you on diet which I have found extremely helpful. Positive experience: Nice place. Personal service from staff who are never too busy to help but don't interfere if you're doing fine. Enough equipment for my needs and a big enough space that you're not getting in other people's way. Never known it empty though.
