Fantastic experience: Little pricy but decent quality equipment, plenty of room and clean facilities with great staff, highly recommend.

Positive experience: Great gym, wish it were open later on Saturday and Sunday.

Fantastic experience: Visited whilst on holiday in the area and bought a day pass which was really easy to turn up and purchase at reception. Plenty of parking, really helpful staff and very good facilities with a great mixture of free weights, machines and modern functional training equipment

Fantastic experience: Love this Gymnasium. I live in Weymouth and tried a few other places but came back to Zone, they have a big cardio area, the air conditioning works well and the changing rooms are the cleanest.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and staff with great equipment, I was an active member of zone for over a year and had to leave due to change in jobs, would love to train there again but think the admin fee to start back up again is a little steep, I do feel it puts many people off joining the gym so would be great to see something change in the near future with this. All around great gym and really friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Recently joined Zone, spacious gym with plenty of good equipment. As they have the Les Mills virtual classes the Spin Studio is great. Gym is very clean, great staff, good all round facilities, highly recommend this gym

Negative experience: Absolutely disappointed of how staff didn’t check Mens changing room that’s is almost everyday, How people can pay for membership and don’t have cleaned WC, that’s should be checked over day time hourly

Fantastic experience: Recently joined and was nervous about using new equipment but Adelaide was so helpful with this and helped me progress further with my fitness.

Fantastic experience: Recently signed up for membership and am loving the Yoga and Pilates sessions, also signed up to PT sessions with Charlie and really feel this is beneficial to getting myself fit. As a middle aged person I was a little nervous about signing up but everybody has been more than welcoming and I always look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I joined 6 months ago and found it to be a friendly space , all welcoming , clean , easy opening hours so can fit in a session around life . Lots of classes which I have found to be very inclusive for all levels of fitness. Graces’s LBT is hard work but you come out feeling like a winner and smiling . All the team on the desk are super friendly and happy to guide you around the equipment and sessions . I started as a complete novice and have felt thoroughly supported on my journey to strength and fitness

Fantastic experience: After rejoining the gym after stabilising some medical problems I have really enjoyed getting back into exercise. As a more mature lady I was extremely self conscious of my lack of fitness and thought i would stick out like a sore thumb but every instructor and other members of the gym have made me feel very welcome. I have found the classes both challenging and rewarding. Zumba with Vicky is a perfect cardio workout, Kettle bells with Michelle is challenging but you are able to measure your progress with this one. Then there is Grace with her LBT who ensures that all her participants are doing the exercises correctly and within their own parametres. Zone caters for everyone. I have 4 out of 5 member of my family using Zone, along with their girlfriends. A real family outing. Keep up the good work guys xxx

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym since Nov 2018 so I thought it was time to write a second review, I wrote my first review several months after starting. Well what can I say, I'm still here some 4 1/2 years later and I am mentally and physically stronger than I have ever been in my life Considering I'm going through the menopause. This gym is very inclusive to all ages and abilities so I never feel like a duck out of water..... I absolutely love it! There is so much gym equipment available in the main gym aswell as various classes throughout the day and into the evening so there is something for everyone , the changing room facilities including the showers, lockers and hairdryers are modern and kept to a supberb standard by the Zone team who are friendly and always at hand to offer support and advice about the gym equipment, personal training and classes. Thank you so much for your encouragement and support over the years, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Negative experience: Disgusting staff who send threats to debt collectors when you cancel membership. I cancelled my membership due to not using the place for months and cost of living crisis I had to prioritise my outgoings for my family. Now not working due to helping out with a sick family member daily I’m still constantly getting threatening emails. Horrible place with horrible staff that care nothing more than the money. I will be taking this further. Spend your hard earned money at a gym that treats its members better than I’ve been treated!!!

Negative experience: Whilst the gym itself appears decent, the cost of membership has become an issue for many. Personally, I am disappointed at the ‘joining fee’ and removal of any incentives or concessions to make things a little easier for some. Anyone will now have to pay significantly more than others using the facilities and there can be no justification for such an admin fee (20 quid on top) when no other gyms in the local area seem to charge anything like it. What is it for? You will get better value with everyone active and other local gyms especially if you are eligible for concessions or want to involve your children.

Positive experience: Tai chi was great but some very tense people there.

Fantastic experience: Had to cancel my membership a while back due to leaving area. On my family from Holland arriving in Weymouth my grandson needed a gym to train in. The result was that he and myself where allowed to obtain a short training period without signing for a renewal of membership. Thank you team for being so flexible in the use of a 1st class gym. Fantastic experience: A great team at Zone, Kirsty, Honor, Michelle, Imogen, Fraser and Nathan all work very hard to ensure a safe and clean environment to train in. They all have great customer service skills and I have always felt welcome even coming from a competitor gym in the area. Zone has great equipment that is constantly maintained but I feel a good gym starts with great staff! Thank you for all you guys do.

Fantastic experience: Had my first session today: good quality almost new equipment, sparkling clean, charming staff, lots of room, opens 06:00-22:00, very reasonable fees, smiley other members, what else do you want?

Fantastic experience: Joined recently after being at previous gym for 7 years. This gym is excellent in every way! Great equipment, LOADS of early morning classes and so spacious. It's spotless and has great facilities. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Hv just signed up for a year . The membership cost is another huge plus. So pleased zone has come to weymouth. Highly recommended

Positive experience: Great new facility - lots of new equipment in lots of space. G Friendly helpful staff. Would be 5 stars but minimum membership is a month a week's membership would get the full 5 but understand why the owners have set it at that time

Fantastic experience: First rate. This place is off the chain. The staff are great and there's so much equipment!

Negative experience: I had a quick look, some very nice equipment, friendly enough staff but they are excluding olympic lifters and the bigger guys/girls. They have a lovely lifting platform, but it is pointless as you cannot drop weights. If anyone has ever done cleans you have to drop from the chest, plus you sometimes can’t keep a grip on heavier deadlifts so they go down. Great gym for fun fitness, not for serious training.
