Positive experience: The gym in Fleet Hampshire is a small gym which I enjoy , u are not under any pressure and can ask advice from the Trainers anytime which is a great bonus as other gyms I have been too aren’t interested in you after the first time . The only negatives is the parking and the massive hole as you come into car park , sadly the gym don’t own car park so can be used by anyone . Also I wish the Gym could be open a bit later at weekends and possibly more notices up about wiping down equipment after use ., I can see myself staying long term at this gym and would recommend it .

Positive experience: Good range of machines, nice atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Great staff and a friendly, welcoming environment. The workout sessions are good with a diverse group of people and instructors that encourage you all the way.

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need to workout (except a pec fly). Dumbbell weight labels are mislabelled as they don't account for the handle weight but if you just add 1kg ish it's about right. The whole gym has a nice vibe to it, feels like a big home gym. Really enjoyable to workout in compared to a typical big chain gym. Has a sauna included. Good price and friendly staff, definitely the best option here in fleet.

Fantastic experience: Not the biggest gym, and could do with a little TLC but it has everything you need and I can not praise the staff enough, super friendly and welcoming. I needed help with my health and a push in the right direction and with their group sessions I am on my way in the right direction. If you want a well priced and friendly environment I can not recommend this enough

Fantastic experience: I’ve been limited in the past in what exercise I can do as I have fibromyalgia. I was pleased to learn that Results run a course specifically for people with health issues. I initially had a one to one with Lewis to check what I was capable of. The course is 2sessions a week for 4weeks supervised and run by Brett, in small groups of up to 5. Whenever I had difficulty with a particular exercise Brett either adapted it or gave me an alternative. I am now in my second month and am amazed with how I have progressed. When I enrolled I thought it would either be the best thing I ever did, or the worst. I have had one little wobble but I think it’s part of learning my capabilities. It’s not cheap but in terms of improving my health I think it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym for 2 years now and love it! I’ve been doing The Academy which has completely changed my view and attitude towards exercise. I feel stronger and fitter than I have ever felt. Brett has been amazing at supporting me, pushing me when I need to be and always giving me great advice. Brett is always there for any questions and runs the academy sessions brilliantly. Ive recently starting working 1:1 with Lewis S and I’ve been really impressed with his knowledge and understanding in fitness. He’s really encouraged me to achieve past what I ever thought I could in the gym. He’s put together a programme for me to achieve my goals, checks in with me and supports any questions I ask (always with good PT knowledge).He makes me feel comfortable and a really friendly face to have in the gym. I would highly recommend this gym for its friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable PTs and great support in your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant concept! The staff are amazing, and set your exercises to each person's abilities. Unfortunately I could only go to a few sessions at the time. But I will definitely return in the future.

Fantastic experience: Having been a member for 2 years, I decided to undertake the PT online course which is so interesting and enjoyable rather than a chore! Alot of information to absorb but thank you to the team for being approachable and supportive!

Fantastic experience: Results Health Club is a great place to be.I simply saw an advert for the Club and as I getting a little older and was less fit ,I thought I would give it a go.It is the first time in my life I have been a member of a Health Club.The trainers and other staff are very considerate of their clients.Membership has been really helpful to me I had been advised I was approaching Type 2 Diabetes I needed to exercise more and change my diet.Results Health have contributed significantly to helping me get through this.Also all members get on very well with each other.

Fantastic experience: The team are Results are brilliant! I’ve loved working with Lewis & Brett they made me feel supported and confident to return to the gym after a 20yr gap. The group sessions are so friendly and a great way to get back into the routine of training.

Fantastic experience: This is a very welcoming gym for people of all ages and levels of fitness.the staff are all very friendly and approachable and aim to help you in achieving your own fitness goals. I attend the Academy and Brett is a great instructor who understands the different capabilities of each of his members and supports and encourages each person to not only reach their goals but to improve on them aswell.... The changing rooms and the overall interior can do with freshening up but the people here are what makes you stay (however, the last few days it has been extremely cold and would benefit from heating).. Thanks to Brett and Lewis

Positive experience: OK so room and changing rooms could do with a good referb but if you live in this part of fleet it's so convenient. Also the equipment may be old but it all works and it's spacious enough to always find a space. It never gets really busy and the showers are always hot with free shower gel always available. Update: sauna in men's changing room now working. Ladies I think not yet. Plenty of parking and staff are helpful when asked. Pretty good really.

Fantastic experience: I’m counting myself so fortunate to have found the classes offered by Results in Fleet. The initial consultation session was an opportunity to feel heard and have some aims established along with appropriate weights to work with. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the group classes/sessions.They’ve proven to be relaxed and upbeat with just the right amount of encouragement and fine tuning delivered by Brett to drive through.As I near the end of my second month with Results, I feel stronger and more powerful.This leaves me motivated to continue working out in this way. Fantastic experience: Relatively new member but really enjoying my PT sessions plus you always a warm welcome when you arrive.

Positive experience: Relaxed and unpretentious gym. Staff helpful, I got a workout program when I started. (Try get that at Virgin Active, there it’s against policy?!) App is simple and easy.

Fantastic experience: Great gym workout today. Clean equipment, good atmosphere, five or people including men and women. Simple and functional. Exactly what I want from a gym. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Sadly the physical place was disappointing. Inside was freezing cold- the heating has broken down with no info of when it will be fixed. It was also dark and quite basic. Outside the door I nearly feel down the steel stairs as it was pitch dark and i could not see my step. The small car park was also pitch dark with no lights. Bit of a security risk for people and cars. The temperature inside the gym may be in breach of health and safety regs for the poor worker like Lewis who was to be fair excellent, even with the hard sell he meant well.

Fantastic experience: Really great 4 week (2 classes per week) group class (4-5people ), at the end of which I had lost fat and gained muscle, my core felt tighter. The Coaches 'tailor' the exercises to personally suit your ability. Many thanks.

Positive experience: The gym is good but is not worth the money you pay for it, it’s not 24 hours like others and the equipment is outdated. Overall, it is a decent gym but you are better off going elsewhere for better value for your money.

Fantastic experience: Sep - Oct 2023: I am a fit but out of shape 50+ y/o. I have rejoined Results foloowing a very very long break since Covid lockdowns and before. The previous instructors (pre-Covid) were good, but young Lewis & Co are exceptional. I have never met a friendlier, more eager to help instructor, who actually listens, at a gym. I'm hoping to keep building on my iniital progress but at this stage would highly recommend this gym. Whatever your age, whether you are male or female and whatever your current shape or size, if you want somewhere where you will not feel self-conscious this friendly gym is the one.

Fantastic experience: I've never really been someone who enjoyed or went to the gym. However I needed to change in order to improve my health and fitness. Joining Results Health Club in Fleet is without doubt the best thing I've ever done. Brett, Lewis and the team are highly professional, really knowledgeable and are very encouraging. If like me your not a gym person, Results Health Club is the place to go. A really friendly team without any judgement. Thank you to all at Results.

Fantastic experience: Results gym is a well run, friendly gym the staff are always polite and helpful and greet you with a smile and it is a relaxed atmosphere to work out in .......no pressure to look or be a certain way which means that it is not intimidating as some gyms can be.

Positive experience: The over 50's academy has given me the opportunity and motivation to do something about my fitness and general health and wellbeing. Brett has been an excellent trainer, flexing to meet individual needs and limitations.

Has all the equipment you need and without the pointless row after row of treadmills & cross-trainers no-one is using. The "Academy" is great, Brett mixes up the exercises and guides on how to make the most of of your time there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Negative experience: I paid for a subscription from Results Health Club Fleet. They didn't provide me with a login for their site and I can't sign up for any classes without that. I have emailed them about this and asked them about it on Facebook. After several days they haven't replied. They took my money and didn't provide the service they said they would provide. I recommend avoiding this company.

Negative experience: The offer sounded good but then the class times I could do always filled up so quickly, managed 2. I was then poorly and had a minor op on hand, was told I could extend emailed in absolutely no responce, basicly paid out over &100 for 2 sessions very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are so approachable, friendly and accommodating. I have just started my classes and feel so invigorated after the first two. The gym itself is down to earth with no 'fancy pants' people. I have been to other gyms where you feel intimidated however here at Results Gym there is none of it. I'm 59 years old but feel like 30 when I'm there. There are even older members than me which makes me feel good. I totally recommend Results Gym to all age groups & whatever level you are at with your fitness, especially the older fatter generation. It's never to late to get up and go!

Negative experience: very friendly while I used the gym but had quite some hassle cancelling the membership once I moved away and could no longer use this gym.

Positive experience: I really like the atmosphere at Results - it’s always been fairly quiet when I’ve been and I’ve only had to wait for equipment a couple of times. I just wish that the numbers on the weights were more visible - the numbers on the more popular ones are very worn !

Fantastic experience: Since joining Results a couple of months ago, I've got stronger and lost weight. Matt and Brett deliver friendly and attentive PT sessions tailored to my own needs, and they're always looking to push me to the next level to help me get the most out of the sessions. The music's pretty good too!

Positive experience: Came to Results Gym as a great way to meet new people and to get fit. (I’m self employed and new in the area) I enjoy the group classes where we encourage each other to do better. Very organised, easy app, sign in and keep track of the workouts.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 15 years or so, I have battled with a particularly relentless eating disorder. I've been a member of a fair few 'big name' gyms in that time. After having my two babies, I wanted to lose some weight and focus on my health without falling victim to my old disordered ways. I found the idea of rejoining a Fitness Environment really intimidating so I knew I had to tread extremely carefully. I discovered Results Fitness, Fleet - Literally 2 minutes from my house, excellent parking and decent opening times - it seemed ideal but I was nervous. I was welcomed by Carwyn for my initial 'tour'. I explained my history to him but also stressed that I did have certain goals I wanted to meet. From the beginning, Carwyn got it. He got me. What is invaluable about Results Gym is that you aren't just signed up and left to get on with it like literally ALL the others gyms I have been a member of. A plan was tailored to me and my goals and my lifestyle. I was talked through ALL the equipment and instead of being given a Vague Work Out Plan' and told to get on with it, I was talked through every move in detail and was even comfortable enough to say "Actually, I don't like that exercise, can I choose a different one?". Not only that, I was even advised about my nutrition - Finally, I feel like I am being educated about my health rather than told to simply 'Be Thin'. I'm around 2 months in and I am noticing a difference in my mental health, my body and my energy levels. I have just had my second review with Carwyn (Another great thing about Results is that reviews are ongoing to check progress and tweak your work out - for no extra charge). I have physically made good progress and I feel comfortable, safe and understood. Such a friendly, warm atmosphere. All the equipment you need in a really inviting atmosphere. I couldn't have done it without this place - Thank you, Results!

Fantastic experience: I used to attend a different gym in Fleet but became disillusioned. I was approached in the High street one Easter about 15 years ago and have never looked back! From the start I have found all the staff to be welcoming, encouraging and ready to help you stretch yourself. They are easy to approach if you need help or advice. The gym is small, very friendly and very supportive for people of all standards.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Results in Fleet for about six years and I would really recommend it. The staff are extremely polite and helpful and ensure the equipment is kept clean. Being retired I am able to go to the gym in the morning and there is a very friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Friendly welcome and sign up for my return to a gym after 10+ years break and two knee replacement operations. Environment and equipment are spot on for my requirements. Matt, Brett & Carwyn are always on hand for helpful advice but not intrusive. Hopefully as my mobility and strength improves I might even be able to join some of the classes! Excellent mobile phone app makes all aspects of membership really easy. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: So glad I signed up to the four week course of 8 group PT sessions with Matt. I was a bit nervous about coming to a gym after almost 3 years!! Matt and Brett put me at ease and I felt very welcome and comfortable. I can already feel a difference in my fitness and I’m half way through!! Matt explains the technique of each exercises very well and when I make adjustments I can feel the benefits of them. Thank you Matt and the Results Team!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member at Results Fleet for 20 years (which is quite a recommendation in itself) and always find the staff very helpful and friendly. The equipment is cleaned regularly by the staff but if like me you want to give it an additional clean before using there’s always a good supply of sanitizer and cleaning products. There’s a good mix of people, young and ahem, not so young. It’s a friendly atmosphere and you soon get to know other people there as normally you do see familiar faces and have a chat. Anyway, I keep coming back so they must be doing something right.

Fantastic experience: I have only been a member for a couple of months and love it!! I had 2 personal training sessions when I joined with Ben and Matt and was made to feel really comfortable with using the equipment. I have been given an exercise program to follow which will be reviewed to check on my progress. I love the fact that I am left to get on with my exercise and there is always someone to help with advice if I need it. As a business it is very well run, friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: The gym is obviously cleaned regularly which I appreciate. The staff are very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and are happy to help with any queries throughout the session.

Negative experience: Gym is ok but tried to cancel my direct debit because my contract was finished. Never late for payment never really used the gym. No reminder to say my membership would roll over. Now I’ve been charged 2 additional months and late fees for something I haven’t used. Don’t sign up to memberships here or you will get robbed and threatened with bailiffs if you don’t pay.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and unbeatable prices, not too busy. The name says everything, if you want results this place will definitely get you there! Friendly staff and exceptional atmosphere. It has everything you need to get fitter and better. Come once and you'll be coming regularly and that's all what matters.

Negative experience: Not very helpful

Positive experience: My current gym and likely to remain so for the foreseeable. The machines are a little worn but are perfectly functional and well looked after. For a small space this gym packs in a huge amount and variety of equipment and free weights.

Positive experience: Yeah not bad bit of a small area for what you pay

Fantastic experience: Feels like a close knit family rather than the commercialisation of fitness gyms. Makes a stressful workout a nice place for a chin wag as well. Not huge space but has everything you need as well as helpful staff.
