Fantastic experience: Absolute banger of a gym

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a while now and recently the gym has improved massively with new equipment - that was the main downside previously however it’s good to see staff listening to feedback. Staff are friendly and it’s a great gym to start at and not feel uncomfortable when learning. Overall, it’s a great gym for new and experienced users.

Negative experience: If you’re serious about strength training skip this gym. There’s no place to do dips and pulls up consistently without a platform, there is a serious lack of machines focused on the back and biceps, and there’re few examples of there being more than one machine per muscle group. If you aren’t that serious about strength then it’s fine but if you are then this place is really lacking.

Negative experience: Advertising as open, arrived 19:00 to a closed gym.. please update your hours!!

Positive experience: Staff are class the machines and weights are limited but are perfect for the time of morning I go. The only issue is when i get there in the morning there is rubbish and bottles lying about the changing room and the gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym, small facilities but good for those who aren't around during the day with late opening hours.

Positive experience: Lovely little gym, not like the mainstream where the muscle-bound show off. Can be quiet, for u to do ur own workout without feeling belittled.

Negative experience: Gave the month's requested notice & handed back my access card to cancel membership & asked to confirm no more payments would be stopped however, another one was stopped & upon telephoning, getting voicemail & leaving a message, never received a response. I ended up dealing with this problem via my card provider.

Fantastic experience: Great bunch of guys. Just recently finished my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal training course with them and I really enjoyed it! Recommend them to anyone looking to do one of their courses. I'll definitely be going back to them for more courses in the future! As for the personal training they are very professional compared to most of the other gyms around. They really do care about every single client that walks through that door and they make sure they take very good care of you!
