Negative experience: Used to be good but now it’s a total joke of a gym, equipment constantly broken all they do is shorten cables so lifting weights aren’t correct took them a week to refill toilet paper in the men’s room ffs, save your money, but don’t worry they got new shower curtains ✌️

Positive experience: Is good because you can have intimacy, except sometimes the girls come downstairs, are very dirty sometimes, they should give more hours to the cleaners! The music is so loud!!!

Negative experience: Been trying to get I'm contact with them since November of last year to cancel my subscription. All my emails have been ignored and they will not answer the phone during staffed hours. Been charged £100 over 5 months since I tried to cancel the subscription. Give me my money back and cancel my subscription.

Fantastic experience: Good gym and music. Best thing is that it's not as crammed with people acting like Peacocks like some of the other gyms in the area. Friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money.

Negative experience: Used to be once upon a time one of the best gyms around in Burton on Trent for sure! However, over the past few years predominantly since it went 24 hours about 4 years ago it has gone down hill massively. The Dumbbells are constantly broken and never get fixed. There is a 27.5kg Dumbbell that has literally been broke and not replaced since 2021 so you can’t use the 27.5kg’s, then a lot of the heavier dumbbells are broken and fell to bits also. They are just left under the rack making it look tacky. The cables are CONSTANTLY broken and i mean constantly, a White chest machine is regularly broken in there and the smith machine has been in the past but they actually fixed that believe it or not! none of the other equipment however is actually properly fixed or replaced. The air-con has been broken for almost a month now and they never have any window’s open in there cause there’s never any staff there. So been training as if i’m on top of a Volcano surrounded by Molten Lava! And if you renew your membership and need a new card to actually get in because you’re old one has expired or ran out all i can say is good luck with that! There is never anyone actually there and the company that ‘manages’ it that Ashbourne management is dreadful you won’t get any response from them. As far as it goes it is quite cheap price wise so i get it that it’s not like you’re paying £50+ a month but come on guys there needs to be someone there regularly to maintain and check the equipment/facilities. Very sad to see but i won’t be renewing my membership now really can’t be doing with the place anymore, extremely poor ownership and management. 2 stars is generous under these circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Came here as a quick visit as I'm from London. Gym is small but dope. Great equipment and hard-core. If your serious about lifting this is the place. Had that old skool Pump Iron feel with modern equipment. I wasn't there during peak hours so no idea if it gets packed. Didn't use shower area neither so can't comment on it. If your serious about making gains, Want to feel some Iron and hear loud music to get you amped this is the place. If ever up here again I will definitely train here again.

Fantastic experience: Hey all, I have tried various gyms an fitness clubs around Burton, but all of them had one major issue - PRICE.. However Unique Physique Gym is 25£ for peak membership, what is nearly 50% less then others. Unique Physique Gym is an awesome place what offers incredible value for money. You can get special offer - 99£ for six moths!! Or 21.99£ for 1 month (trial) Equipment is up to date and most importantly gym is not over crowded. So yo don't need to wait ages to get to the bench press. Sauna and shower area are clean and being looked after. Obviously it is not a big gym, so it doesn't have a swimming pool and has only 1 sauna. Another thing what I love about Unique Physique Gym is the MMA membership. It is 40£ a month, but if you will compare that with any other gym. Usually you would have to pay extra for every single session starting from 5£ a time. Say you want to train once a week - you would need to pay an extra 20£ a month on top of the gym membership. This fact really hooked me up. Thanks a lot Alex

Fantastic experience: Great place for those who are serious about training, exercising and healthy lifestyle. Previously I was a member at Bannatyne and DW, but big places service was no way near as good. At Unique Physique everyone seem to smile and it keeps me motivated. Also even in the busy times it is somehow easy to get the machine you want. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I will recommend Unique Physique Gym in Burton-on-Trent without hesitation as it is a great place for all type of workouts.
