Halton Health and Fitness centre is a local gym facility based at Halton Tennis Centre. The indoor gym has a variety of equipment and machines to use from cardio to resistance as well as a free-weights area. We also have an outdoor area where people are more than welcome to train or take part in some of the classes held there. As well as the gym facilities we house a studio which runs classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Nia, Barre Sculpt and Abdominals Core and Pelvic Floor. These classes are available to non-members of the gym. We also have physiotherapy, osteopathy and massage facilities on site, for any injury be it sport related or otherwise.
