Fantastic experience: Used to train here back in 2008, pukka gym then...... pukka gym now, friendly staff and members ️‍♂️

Negative experience: The so called (instructor's) are rude and not professional at all, the gym is very filthy if you call that a gym. It's not a place i would recommend at all and the prices are kinda of a joke. Stay away from it.

Fantastic experience: Initially got a week pass to try it out as I'm just getting back into the gym, but after 2 visits felt so comfortable here turned it into a recurring monthly membership. Great atmosphere, really friendly and welcoming staff and members, and importantly some excellent equipment and plenty of it. Nothing is amiss if you want to train in a proper training environment.
