Negative experience: Keep your website & online timetables up to date, attended Saturday & 2 disappointed children as no swimming due to a Gala. Excuse from staff was that it was on Facebook which like many I don't use. Tried to ring twice in advance and no answer, poor

Positive experience: Only used gym, so rating is for that. Gym is quite small and easily gets crowded, but has pretty much all you need. Changing rooms are quite far from gym, the fancy digital lockers don't work and the shower is communal with one private. Why not have lockers with a padlock?! they are simple and cheap. It must have been obvious when the council gets sold and installs some fancy locker system that there will never be any budget to fix it when it inevitably goes wrong!

Fantastic experience: Very good gym in a community center. Not very spacious but have all the equipment you need for a proper workout. Free weight anda functional rack available. Very friendly staff. Shower and change rooms available. Check timings , gym closes for events. Day pass was £5.50

Fantastic experience: Fantastically clean place. We go swimming here a lot. Other facilities look fresh and new too. All staff are extremely friendly also. Look on the Pembrokeshire County Council website for timetables for everything it is constantly updated but that ensures you are kept up to date with anything new going on.

Fantastic experience: Decent facilities all round. Good choice of classes, decent swimming pool and gym with good choice of machine weights and loose weights. Plenty of exercise machines which are easy to use and well integrated for Bluetooth and with two useful linked apps to log activity and plan your classes and workouts it's a really nice and functional facility. Staff are helpful and friendly with great knowledge and will always find the answer if they don't know. Lots of different ages and abilities all use the gym well together and people I have experienced have been helpful and easy to get on with.

Positive experience: Not always the easiest for parking. But the facilities are great, the swimming instructors have done a great job teaching my daughter to swim. Very happy.

Negative experience: Went to the leisure centre whilst on holiday in Fishguard. There was a large queue upon arrival and only one member of staff on reception with two others chatting in the back room. The locker use policy is unacceptable, you pay an extra £2.20 to use the locker and then get £2 back when you leave. There are no hairdryers in the facility which, when they are charging for locker use, is a disgrace in my opinion. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Very modern gym and clean changing rooms

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and very clean facilities. Classes are also great with fantastic instructors (kettle bells is my favourite) and run frequently at convenient times throughout the day. The atmosphere at the gym in particular is friendly and people actually talk to one another which isn’t something I’ve found when going to gyms in cities outside of Pembrokeshire. Also if you join you have access to other gyms in the Pembrokeshire area which is handy :)

Negative experience: Woman at the front desk is very rude. Not interested in helping customers and given very sharp rude answers. But the customer behind me must have been someone she knew because she was very polite to them. Will not return ever again!

Positive experience: Council run gym and pool. Pool is often closed due to maintenance issues. Be aware of parking in the slip road adjacent to main enterance, council is issuing up to £50 fines even though there is no double yellow lines or signage to say "no parking"
