Fantastic experience: Excellent training and support. Amateur boxing and fitness training, classes for different fitness levels, age groups, mixed sessions and separate classes for women available. Massive thanks to Alex, Laura, Will and Jindy for being so friendly, motivating and building a great community.

Fantastic experience: The best place in Derby for a friendly, intensive workout. Honestly I'd even say life-changing. Nowhere else has kept me so motivated and given me the ability to improve my fitness and technique like here. Expect to work hard and make friends. There's nowhere like it

Fantastic experience: Great boxing club and staff. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get involved in boxing.

Negative experience: 0⭐️s. Not the best place if you want to be shamed for your mental health and be expected to box when you have never picked up a pair of boxing gloves before… went with my partner and was split up from him, yet other partners where fine to stay together. Thanks to the ignorant man that ran that class, my confidence now The daughter was apologetic and kind though, she clearly cares a lot in her classes and wanted me to try them out. But not after that experience, won’t be going back.
