The Fitness Zone

Fantastic experience: WRITTEN ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE JO BURNS I cannot praise and thank Fitness Zone Reigate enough for the support and care they have given to me. I joined in May 2021 with back problems, poor posture, a leg length discrepancy, high blood pressure, overweight and low self-esteem. Within three months I have lost a stone and a half in weight, but more importantly I am fitter, stronger and inwardly happier. I stand straighter, I much less back pain and have dropped two dress sizes. Dan in particular has encouraged, listened and advised. Adam has also been on hand to make suggestions to my programme to help keep me going. The motivation and encouragement they have shown me has been amazing. They have created a specific programme for my needs as they do for each of their members, avoiding continually standing on the scales!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my recent review with Dan and I’m so happy with my results! I really want to thank Dan and his amazing team for all the support with helping me achieve my goals, teaching me everything I know now and keeping me motivated Been here since 2013 and still love going to the gym. Staff are welcoming, friendly and so helpful, really missed it during the lockdowns. Thank you so much Travis Williams, Adam Barber and Serena Dixon for your fantastic classes every week, and thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years, couldn’t of got to where I am without you.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the Fitness Zone for over 4 years now and have always found them helpful, encouraging and just all round lovely people and my results speak for themselves. Metabolic age down from 60 to 39! A recent addition is Adam Barber. I can't praise him enough. His spin classes are amazing and you really fell you've had a full workout. He's knowledgeable and really knows what he's talking about. A fantastic addition to the Fitness Zone team!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym, Staff are always amazing and seem so personal. Since coming back from Corona they make sure the gym is very clean and a smaller number of people are in the gym, Last Friday, when it was only me and Sereana (one of the staff) in the Gym she showed me the basics of spinning which has made me feel more comfortable doing an actual class. Dan the Regional manager is really good at getting to know everyone and welcomes you like dear friends. The two lads Travis and Adam run excellent classes (Power bar being a strong favourite of mine) and are always around to help with posture on the resistance machines. Moving to a new area in this time was worrying but the gym has really looked after me and I feel healthier every time I go.

Fantastic experience: Great spin class this morning with Serena. Some new exercises and teaching points. Very motivational. Covid procedures are good.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for over a year and this place is great. Friendly, helpful and caring. After lock down eased I started back at the gym a few weeks ago and every time I arrive and leave I see them cleaning. Classes are still going on but behind a shield and staff member has a visor on. Very good feel safe to work out

Fantastic experience: This gym is well set up on effective one way system and all cleaning products and hand sanitizer everywhere, well organised, staff have done great job.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, joined January 2020. Expert team and service. Back 2 weeks after lockdown and social distancing procedures are in place and work very well, book by appointment and very clean with sanitisers provided each time a go and cleaned by team before each session. Well done to all involved. Safe and clean all round.

Fantastic experience: The fitness zone is a very welcoming gym where the staff care about their customers unlike some other gyms . They make sure they interact with and look after their clients. Since the covid-19 and re-opening their guidelines and social distancing measures put into place have been second to none, they have signs everywhere which are very clear and also sanitizer outside and operating a one way system throughout the gym with a booking system also set in place to ensure the gym only has a few people in there at one time so there are no worries about too many people mixing at one time . Classes have been restricted to a certain amount of people and there are also spray bottles for each member to take round with them to spray down the equipment they have used and the staff will then go and clean the equipment after use too so very clean and organised, highly recommended this gym .

Fantastic experience: Love the team at The Fitness Zone in Reigate. They are always ready to help and advise if you need them. Check them out if you're looking to get back into shape.

Fantastic experience: The Fitness Zone comprises a well equipped gym with aerobic and assisted machines as well as a studio for fitness classes. The staff ensure that there is a super friendly atmosphere, whilst promoting fitness for all comers to achieve their own personal goals. Fitness classes are small groups and not at all judgmental. Joining The Fitness Zone was the best thing I did in 2019.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say Thank you to Sareena for giving me a big nudge into trying out the various classes on offer at the Club a couple of months ago. It has made a big difference to me and I feel the benefit. Much appreciated. PS. hurry back The Spice Girls were running rings round Dan this morning at Circuits. You need to get back in charge.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for years (lost count how many). The Fitness Zone is a very friendly supportive club. I particularly like the wide age range of members. It's common to be exercising with people in their late teens, 20s, and all ages through to post retirement. Dan runs the club very well and invests a lot of time in training and developing new staff. Steph's spin classes are fantastic and she really motivates the class. This week I had my review with Adam who is new to the staff but already shows good knowledge of the equipment and the ability to encourage and advise in the friendly supportive way I have come to take for granted at the Fitness Zone. Highly recommend this fitness club.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fitness Zone for 3 years. It is a wonderful gym. The staff are fantastic. I enjoy all the classes I participate in. Recently Beth has run some excellent circuit classes, which I have particularly enjoyed. The enthusiasm, friendliness and professionalism is remarkable. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of fitness zone, for a while now and find the staff very friendly and helpful. I have a friend who joined last year ( Gill jones) . I recommended fitness zone to Gill. The fitness zone is the best gym, I would recommend it to others. I always get the results I want in the end and that’s thanks to the staff helping me get there. Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place! From the kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff to the variety of classes available, it has been great moving to this gym at the start of the year. They have helped keep me motivated and provided me with regular health check-ups to make sure I am on track to reach my fitness goals. The team of Dan, Serena, Steph, Beth and Lacey have all been amazing from day 1, making sure that no 2 classes are the same. This keeps members engaged and makes me want to work extra hard to keep up with them. A special mention to Beth who helped me with her wide knowledge of nutrition and diet. She was so enthusiastic and her attitude towards this topic was infectious and I would encourage anyone to book a session with her to go through your diet and subtle changes you could make to help you improve even further. Thanks to everyone at The Fitness Zone and thank you for making me feel so welcome. :)

Fantastic experience: I joined the fitness zone recently. I was given excellent advice on how to use the equipment by Lacy on my induction. I really like the relaxed and friendly atmosphere..No mirros or posers.really nice place to get fit in.

Fantastic experience: At Fitness Zone I could get back into shape without feeling intimidated. I have not been to a gym in 5 years, but Dan and the team were on hand to help and motivate and monitor my progress, which is great to keep me on track to reach my goals. A nice variety of classes to attend, keeping exercise exciting and keeping me coming back for more. Its truely a very comfortable and friendly environment to train.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I need a place where the people who work there know me.... it motivates me. The staff are fabulous... every one of them knows their clients. It's not fancy, it isn't full of show offs, the other gym goers have a laugh. I honestly haven't found a friendlier gym in the 20 years I've been going to a gym.

Fantastic experience: Me and my wife recently joined Fitness Zone in Reigate. We have had a really good experience since first walking through their doors. The experience is personal, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Their hands-on approach to fitness has helped motivate us to keep on going! Fantastic experience: I am from Mexico and I have a few days in Reigate. When I was in Mexico, I had been looking for some gym options near Reigate and I found in Facebook “The Fitness Zone” . I visited the place today and I really liked it. Dan explained me everything about the program and classes, he also showed me the facilities. I felt welcome and encouraged to do my best. Really glad I joined the Fitness Zone.

Fantastic experience: The fitness zone is a brilliant gym that allowed me to get fit again and feel good about myself. The encouraging support and one to one attention is very beneficial and is unique to the fitness zone. The staff are really friendly and invested in your personal goals; particularly Jonny Felix who goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy and getting the most out of the gym and classes, I think it’s really great that the classes are included in the membership as well so you get the best of both.

Fantastic experience: A friendly and motivating gym. I have been helped to lose weight and to get much fitter. The staff are all very good and take a personal interest in helping you to succeed. The classes are excellent and the Fitness First sessions are great fun. All ages are made to feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: Post lockdown have now managed 10 gym sessions. Have exercised safely in a controlled and clean environment, it is also very pleasantly quiet.

Fantastic experience: It's a great gym, Daniel who signed me up and showed me around is friendly and extremely helpful. The rest of the staff seem really nice although I haven't talked to them too much. The atmosphere inside is chill and non-competitive, and from my experience thus far the equipment is more than enough to accomodate the membership. All in all it's a work out experience i'd recommend, whether you want to bulk up or lose weight.

Fantastic experience: The Fitness Zone has really helped with my back issues and a huge thank you to Daniel Robinson and all the 1-2-1's Ive had with him...I've been a member since 2009 and would highly recommend this club as the atmosphere is friendly and makes you feel at ease.

Negative experience: Started taking money out of my account without consent as I specifically said I wasn't able to pay til the 25th of may this has lead to go overdrawn with a mass of fees and has lowered my credit history I will be taking legal action

Fantastic experience: Second day today and I am very happy with my experience so far. I had Dan help me out with my programme today and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He was very helpful and very interactive which made me feel comfortable. Lovely place with lovely people.

Fantastic experience: Lovely, cosy gym. Very friendly staff. I love the review and assessments which are done on a regular bases allowing one to focus on ones progress with fitness!! Love it!

Negative experience: Received awful customer service from walking in the door. Was not aknowledged for ages while reception taked to a member and was totally unimpressed by the professionalism of the staff. I have set foot in many fitness places and this was one of the worst.

Fantastic experience: The fitness zone offers what few clubs do these days, a truly customer service based fitness experience. The club has changed little since I was a member of staff there. I would recommend ensuring you know you are on a fixed contract for a full 12 month period before you join. The contract is there for a reason. It keeps you coming down. It keeps the Gym funded and all the benefits coming your way. I have been a member of plenty of gyms where short term contracts are offered and honestly, I used them a lot less than I would when I have no choice but to pay a 12 month contract. Dan is both interested in results and your progression, hence the personalised fitness plans, regular 1-2-1's, classes and phone calls to check where you are if you haven't been down in a while. It truly was a great place to work and later to be a member of. Were I to live or work in Reigate, I would either sign up as a member or offer to help out in the evenings with classes etc as it is a good company that like me fixes on customer services and results above all else.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the Fitness Zone since it first opened. I really love coming here, the staff are friendly and help to keep me motivated. I can be quite lazy, but I really enjoy the classes and there are quite a few! Zumba is great and I love the spinning. there is also Circuit training and Core and Tone. Pilates is available at a small extra charge. There is also a well equipped gym, so if you don't want to do classes, you can work on your own. You get a review after every 30 visits which lets you know how well you've done, advice is given and a programme worked out for you I am working hard to achieve that six pack and who knows one day I might get one! Well done the Fz team.

Fantastic experience: The most relaxed, friendly and supportive gym around here (in other words, if you want lycra-clad and muscle-bound, this probably isn't the place for you!)
