Positive experience: Pretty standard Snap gym. The staff are great and helpful and most of the gym goers are also very easy to get on with and have a good session around. Sharing equipment is also very common which is a nice community touch. Some updates for the equipment and lighting changes would do wonders and thankfully there is a refurbishment on the way. Do recommend overall to get your fitness journey started. 24/7 access is the main thing and makes life so much easier to arrange!

Negative experience: Don’t buy a membership here as they are scammers and will find any way they can to charge you more money

Positive experience: Staff are great, however the majority of members are an ignorant bunch when it comes to gym etiquette. So many sit on machines for 10 minutes at a time typing on their phones between sets and generally, if you ask if you can perform a set, they say they were just about to start using the equipment again! I think there should be a sign saying if you want to use your phone, get off the equipment you are tying up! If there was another gym locally I would probably change due to the difficulty I have had in getting through the workout I had planned every time I have been so far (and yes, I have tried various times of day).

Negative experience: It’s 2024 and you still need to make a stupid appointment to get some access card. Ridiculous

Fantastic experience: Emailed about doing a one-time guest visit and had a quick, welcoming response. Used the gym yesterday whilst I was staying in the area. Parking right outside, very easy, straightforward sign-in (2 mins), friendly staff and guidance provided on the layout & equipment available. Superb gym, great range of machines and free weights and a large CV area. Quite busy but with plenty of kit well organised no waiting to use anything. Only £7 for a one-time visit, great value, highly reccomended

Staff are always on top of cleaning and the hygiene is excellent!! Classes are for all ages and abilities. Everyone is social and have a great time in the studio.

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym three weeks ago. I had some anxiety before joining because I’ve not used a gym in two decades and hadn’t really enjoyed my previous experience. I have found the experience really positive. The staff are very friendly welcoming and helpful. After joining, I had a very good introduction to all the equipment and was able to arrange a program tailored to my goals from one of the personal trainers. He was very patient and clear about how to use the equipment and I felt very at ease and able to ask questions as necessary At no point in the induction did I feel rushed, or that the trainer was distracted by other things, thank you, Rhys. I particularly like that the environment is clean and well laid out. It has never felt overcrowded to me and I have been able to do my program without having to wait for equipment unduly. I need to qualify that on the whole I am using the gym mid morning and probably off-peak times. I like that there are screens separating some of the cardio equipment. There is background music, but it is not booming or too loud (that’s a big plus for me as I suffer from tinnitus). I don’t use the washing or dressing facilities, but there are individual cubicles, these are regularly cleaned by staff. Overall I feel confident that I have found a gym that will meet my needs.

Fantastic experience: I've used a great many gyms across the UK and across countries - Snap Fitness not only has excellent facilities, but it's ran by people that are both friendly and genuinely care about their members. There is a distinct lack of bravado/attitude, which gives way to welcoming those who are not body confident. I highly recommend Snap Fitness. Simply, it's just a place to enjoy getting fit and making some acquaintances along the way. Great work!

Positive experience: Nice well equipped gym. Open 24 hours. They ask you to wipe the equipment down after use, but they're not great at replacing the blue towels when they run out.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and a decent environment. Much prefer training at about 8am as it’s fairly quiet and easy to get on all the machines. Good drink selection and good protein bar/shake options

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness is a superb gym. The staff are friendly and relaxed with an excellent management team who are approachable and always happy to help . There is a friendly environment and the gym itself is very spacious with excellent free weights and cardio sections. Great personal training team especially Rhys who offers great advice and has vast experience competing in powerlifting at international level - Rhys has helped people at all levels achieve their fitness and strength goals and go well beyond their original expectations. Excellent value for money and great classes which are free for members. Definitely the best gym in Market Harborough .

Positive experience: I'm sorry to be the bad guy, lovely gym ⛹️ positive atmosphere, but Coronavirus signs taken down early and so many classes for keep fat that showers are often unavailable because lots of people leaving a class at the same time and only 5 rooms for toilet and shower and people getting ready for work take a long time so I go to work smelly. I can only summise that the good reviews come from staff and people that either don't work or don't shower

Negative experience: Watch out and be careful if cancelling membership. They make it so difficult and have strange rules on cancelling your membership and you are not able to cancel over email and will continue to take your money.
