Fantastic experience: Best gym I have been to in a while, popped in for a quick session due to working in the local area and can’t praise it enough, as an avid gym goer/men’s physique competitor it has everything and more. Every machine under the sun, clean tidy well run reasonable and just faultless in my honest opinion. Will definitely be returning if ever in the area again! Big up Matty (one of the trainers) for showing me around and the chat, top bloke!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic effort from Phil and Matty. They made this aussie visitor very welcome indeed. Get yourself down here. They have a massive range of equipment, plenty to go around. The free weight section is the biggest ive seen. Great locker areas, just a great all round experience. I Highly recommend you pay a vist.

Positive experience: Good range of facilities, a couple of machines were out of order on the last visit however I understand that it happens and there were plenty of other machines available. Paid for a day pass fairly late at night (8pm) we didn't know we had to be out by 10 pm as that's when staff finish. I wouldn't have minded if I had known when buying the day pass but something to remember for day passes in the future.

Positive experience: Nice peaceful, no one bothers you. Good showers and changing rooms. Only downside is it's finger print only for access.

Positive experience: Great 24/7 Gym accessd by fingerprint, cheap membership, friendly staff, would have gave 5 stars if the sauna was Also available 24 hours but it's turned off between 22:00 - 06:00. Plenty of equipment never had to wait for anything.

Fantastic experience: Been at this now for while can't beat on price and the selection on equipment in it . No queuing to get on anything . Big spacious car park . Staff are really helpful with anything. 24 hour great in morning before work or after afternoon shift as its very quiet.

Negative experience: Shocking gym no help from the staff or management. Outdated gym equipment and always broken. Showers are unclean. Bring these issues up with the management and get nothing back join at own risk I would recommend going to another gym.

Fantastic experience: I like this gym it has good quality equipment, and plenty of on site parking. It can get busy and sometimes you nay have to wait for a certain set of weights or machine but usually its not long. Overall it's good.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy it here, the 24 hours access is a big deal for me being a shift worker. The team are helpful and friendly, there if you need them but not over the top. I find the facilities clean over all and there is enough equipment that I'm never really waiting to use anything. I do wish there was a fuller time table of classes in the mornings, I find a lot of the classes I would consider attending rather late on for me.

Negative experience: Quite small and can be packed around the weights section. Location is pedestrian friendly and bus routes to the gym isn't the best. The lady at the front desk was helpful and polite ☺️.

Negative experience: Don’t get the free month membership! I visited once and was happy to pay the single day entry fee, the person at the counter told me I could have a free month membership and come back next time I could and cancel at the desk before having to pay the fee. I went back two weeks later and was told to ring the number of Harlands after being told to come back and then found out that in order to cancel the membership I had to wait for the payment at the end of the month to be paid in order to cancel. So now I have to pay £14.99 in order to cancel a membership I never actually wanted for a gym I never visit. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Positive experience: Broken equipment, not very helpful staff

Positive experience: In general very good value for money. Clean facilities and a fair price. Equipment is generic and of basic quality. A real shame that they only have one flat bench press of very poor quality would not recommend as a powerlifting gym at all unless you have no other option. Overall atmosphere is good though.

Positive experience: Very good gym and have worked out here for years, along with many other gyms. Excellent pricing and equipment. One issue - it's extremely busy during peak times. It's a struggle to get on any of the weight lifting and cable equipment during these times. Could do with expanding the free weights area.

Negative experience: Just a warning to all potential members they levy a £25 charge if you miss a payment so assuming one month there is an issue...they charge you nearly 3 times the amount of your monthly membership ....just a heads up late repayment fees are frowned upon in the debt collection business nevermind from a gym ? This is an awful reflection of your brand and only serves to ensure that the second my contract is up I will look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: As a serious lifter I enjoyed the variety and space. There was a couple of resistance machines you don't see very often so I took advantage of this. All in all spot on

Fantastic experience: Excellent equipment and friendly staff, combined with the cheapest monthly or annual rates available. Lacks some of the facilities that some of the premium priced centres offer (e.g. swimming pool, shop) but is very good as an exercise and fitness centre and cheaper than most others by far. Can be busy at peak times.

Fantastic experience: Loads of exercise equipment for cardio workouts so you will never have to wait around, plenty of weight equipment for beginners and the more experienced lifters, friendly staff who are supportive and a nice lal cafe for your protein shakes, And the Cheap memership is unreal..love it
