Fantastic experience: Thank you to Iaaac Roadley for helping Dorothy with an urgent query this evening. Isaac is a credit to himself and the Sorts Centre
Fantastic experience: Great venue. Loads of parking. Coffee available at nursery reception. Great 3g pitch
Negative experience: Ask them to make sure the gate is open on the 3 g every week to retrieve balls that go over fence and every week it's locked . After the response I stress that we ask every week and it doesn't get opened !! And yes 1 star is deserved cause it completely ruins the experience . Will be 4/5 once this issue is fixed
Sorry that you have had to ask to get a gate opened and that you feel that all of our facilities deserve a 1star review because of this. I will feed this back to staff. Please can you let us know what night you use the pitch and what booking you are part of?

Negative experience: Came in, paid £5 for a day pass, ten minutes later I'm told that they're closing cos there's a PE lesson with the attached school and they need the space. I was told I couldn't have my money back. The gym is fine, it's got the basics, but it's not reliable unless you know the timetables. I travel a lot so it's no good for me. It would be fine if I were reimbursed but that's what earned it one star.
Hi Steve, Im sorry to read that you have had a bad experience. I fully appreciate that this situation wasn't dealt with correctly. Firstly you should have been told upon arrival that we were due to close and secondly you should have been given a full refund. I do understand that you were offered a free session though which wasn't mentioned in your review. Our gym is owned by the School and they do use it for what totals less than 4 hours per week. During this time, for obvious safeguarding reasons members of the community are not permitted to use the facilities and mix with the students. These are displayed on the main door and the gym door. We will of course give you a full refund and also we're happy to still give you a free session in the gym aswell to apologies for the lack of communication. Fantastic experience: Perfect starter gym, great staff and I never have to wait for equipment/machines.
Fantastic experience: They took our daughter for a holiday sports club in an emergency even though we called on the day without having booked. Can't praise them highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Great gym, great location, excellent management and staff very approachable, they know their stuff. The gym is always clean, very well equipped, and a very reasonable monthly fee.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't actually used the keep fit area as I only attend for the basketball courts. However, all the amenities I have seen, and the courts I have visited are excellent. The whole experience is first class from reception to planning and using the facilities.

Negative experience: Good gym but pricey
Hi Julie, sorry that you gave us a poor rating even though we're a 'good gym'. Our current price of £32.50 per month includes classes, Personal training, programmes, PT advice and free use of our studio....more than any other gym in the area. However you maybe please to know that from the 1st May our standard membership price will only be £20 per month (without PT). Hope to see you again in the future

Thanks for you review Mark, really appreciate it. We are a little more expensive than some gym but include Programmes, Personal Training, PT advice and Classes, some things most gyms don't include.

Fantastic experience: They don't have all the machines in the world but the ones they do have are of top quality, and so are the instructors, who are very useful when it comes to advice and guidance . I'm currently a member there and have been for 2 years now
