Fantastic experience: Great gym that continues to get better. Lots of free weights, some equipment at the gym is not available at anyother gym in Shropshire. Fantastic range of supplement available to buy. Other facilities include barber, beautician, physiotherapy and sunbeds.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money gym offering a good weights room and some classes too. Only a few cardio machines.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and sports massage! Helpful staff, good equipment and nice music too! I had few session on sports massage treatments and they helped on my back. Gio is experienced and certified and you can speak about any issues freely. He knows his stuff. would recommend.

Negative experience: Thought this was a good gym, which it is helpful staff n equipment good but the owner is self absorbed and shows no empathy or understanding to individual circumstances!!!

Negative experience: Used to be a decent gym and offered pay as you go training but now using covid as an excuse to force people into taking up expensive contracts unfortunately a lot of these gyms now are more interested in cashing in on covid rather than helping people achieve their fitness goals
