Negative experience: Check trustpilot first, horrible place with horrible people, near impossible to cancel, would never recommend for this reason and the gym itself is mediocre at best. AVOID.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Anytime Fitness EK for over 4 years and I can’t recommend enough! I’ve had two PTs over the years (Colin and Shona) who were amazing and so knowledgable. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, the classes are always great, theres a big range of different gym equipment and new pieces are always being added. Kev the cleaner also keeps the place spotless !!!

Negative experience: I had problems settings up my app and staff member stayed on the phone to help me step by step until I had fixed it, gym instructor was very friendly and told me about classes that would suit me and gave me more confidence about going to ones I've not been confident enough to try yet

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. 24hr and always clean around the clock. If you’re looking for a PT, I would highly recommend Colin Rae!

Fantastic experience: Spacious with top quality hammer strength kit, as well as Therabody Theraguns and Wave rollers, perfect for all training and recovery needs!

Fantastic experience: After looking around at the other gyms this one won hands down here’s why, was no pressure sales, staff answered my questions, parking is great, it’s clean has nice vibe about the place. If nothing changes I’ll pay up for a years membership when 6 month one ends.

Fantastic experience: Great clean gym friendly atmosphere with no pretend air compressors or weight slammers. Had a PT session recently which has set me in the right training path. All the staff are friendly and happy to give and help with advice. Great service and have recommended to a couple of people who have recently joined too.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for over a year and find it a great place to train. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Equipment and gym always spotless. I have to say that there is a good sense of community spirit in the gym that you won't find anywhere else. Plus it is open 24/7 365 days a year!. So I can even train on xmas day

Having been at several other gyms in East Kilbride - Crutherland, Exercise4Less, Pure Gym, Duncanrig sports centre, John Wright’s sports centre, Nuffield, Holiday Inn... to name a few.... I can honestly, whole heartedly say Anytime Fitness at the Kingsgate is the best gym I’ve ever been in. ⭐️ 1. It’s 24/7 so I can attend whenever I am free. 2. It has state of the art equipment, all of it is new & in amazing condition. 3. It has loads of classes & over 200 virtual classes that you can use if nobody is in the studio. 4. The gym is always absolutely spotless, thanks to Kevin - his work ethic, personality, acknowledgment of members and anyone who walks by is second to none & an absolute CREDIT to anytime fitness. 5. You can always get on equipment and get on with doing your thing... it’s never jam packed to the point where your standing around not able to get on anything. 6. They have an in-house physio, to help with any injuries you may have! 7. Last but not least, the staff are absolutely amazing. Genuinely the most comfortable I’ve felt in a gym due to the staff. They couldn’t be anymore helpful, knowledgable and acknowledge every member that enters the gym... it’s fantastic. Being a “bigger girl” (hopefully changing that, for my own health reasons), having severe anxiety and suffering panic attacks, I genuinely panic being in a gym setting however Anytime Fitness members made and continue to make me feel at ease.. so much so that I actually ENJOY going to the gym!! (Who knew?!) Darren, Brooklyn & Shona but to name a few are fantastic. ⭐️ Honestly, I know people review gyms and try and get you to sign up... then you never use it... but I 100% guarantee this gym is not like that at all. It’s joined onto the climbing wall, football pitch, golf course & lollipop land so any excuse to go while you are up there! If the reasons above didn’t make you want to go and try it ⭐️ Thanks again guys & I hope everybody sees what an amazing gym this is!

Fantastic experience: Can't say a bad word about this gym. It's clean open and friendly. Every time I have been in and there are trainers in they are welcoming and friendly! Even if they don't know you personally you will feel part of the community they have Built up. The view from the treadmills is hard to compete with. In terms of price. Anytime fitness is in the middle. It's not the cheapest nor is it the most expensive. I think for what you get it could be on the expensive side as there are no pool facilities. But it is well worth it bassed on the equipment and the cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST Anytime fitness I have been to in the country. Place is well stocked with equipment, nice and friendly and some great views while training. Craig the trainer went out of his way to help even though he wasn't even at work, he was just working out. Great staff, I will be back!

Positive experience: Large area with plenty of space. Does have a little less equipment than some of their other facilities but a great area to work out in.
