Fantastic experience: Great boxing gym

Fantastic experience: Trainers are understanding, know how to crack a joke, but they also know how to coach. The atmosphere is great and the boxers are friendly & always willing to help. If you're a strength athlete like me, I'd advise you do plenty of cardio before joining however
