Fantastic experience: Professional staff and helpful Amazing gym, update with all of the latest fitness equipment Hyrox classes Clean and organised Best music selections (good volume/not too loud) Very spacious Good group classes Plenty of cardio machines (bikes, treadmill, stair master, elliptical, etc) On the times I go, it's always quiet

Negative experience: As soon as they found out I was a refugee, they didn't let me in.

Negative experience: Equipment is good but when you do your induction for under 16s you are told to mainly not use dumbbells or at least not often. But now you aren’t allowed to use any weight so basically you can’t do squat bench press row so at this point it is more worth going to pure gym.

Negative experience: Junior member of this gym.. great variety of exercises, clean equipment, the best machines that I have used. Have had a junior membership for about 5 months now and today the manager decided to turn up for the first time I've seen and tell every young person in the gym that they can't use free weights anymore. £13 pounds a month is far too much for just a few machines and some treadmills. Rest of the staff r amazing btw

Fantastic experience: *One of my top 2 favorite gyms ever!* My partner + travel full-time (staying in each city ~4 weeks) so we’ve purchased 1-month gym memberships all over the place. And this gym is one of my all-time favorites for several reasons. First, it’s clean. Truly clean. There’s rarely even any dust around the base of the machines, which is pretty unheard of. Equipment is current, high-tech, and in good working order. Second, it’s the right size - not too big, not too small. There’s a good balance of machines, free weights, class rooms, etc. There aren’t duplicates of the most popular machines but it hasn’t been an issue because this gym isn’t overcrowded. Third, it’s not overly testosterone-y. I’ve been in my fair share of gyms across the globe that felt like I was watching a body building competition with people flexing in the mirrors and monitoring how much other people were lifting. I’ve also been in gyms where I felt constantly ogled. This has none of that. Super comfortable atmosphere with a good mix of young, old, men, women. Lastly, the staff is super friendly. Special shoutout to Aaron (who helped us get set up) and Matthew who are both just all around friendly and knowledgeable. My only suggestion would be a more reasonable short-term membership price for travelers like us as this was about double what we normally pay for one month.

Fantastic experience: Clean facility, exceptional staff, and a wide variety of equipment to use. You have to be a member to access the gym, which is done by scanning the QR code or having a staff member let you in. They also have classes that can be viewed in their designated area for such things; very 21st Century. If you’re in Belfast Centre, this may be just the place you’ve been looking for you.

Fantastic experience: Used this place yesterday for the 1st time, was not disappointed! I was surprised at the quality of machines and fitout of the gym, being a public gym I found all the equipment on offer top class in comparison to other better facilities. The place felt like it was brand new, my 1st thought was BOXFRESH! The only draw back is paying for parking, the staff where also super friendly ;-)

Negative experience: Not a very nice experience music far too loud music playing at one end blasting and then the other end totally different music blasting as well. I asked a member of staff to lower it he said "sorry but we are doing a class" also i wasnt asked did i need any help with machines a guy beside told me that my seat was to low as my legs would not get the full stretch while cycling if he had not of told me id of i had bad knees i thought the staff were there to help? The gym is meant to be a place to relax and enjoy a workout not a place to be disorientated by listening to horrible loud music . Please sort this out .

Negative experience: BETTER GYM!! MORE LIKE WORST GYM Music always so loud!!! cant even hear my podcasts or even read , it's seems to be a big effort for the staff to lower the music . Most people listen to there own music so I don't see a need to always have it loud . The music they play is mostly hard core hellish music its not fair on other people who don't want to hear it . I come to the gym to chill have a workout and to feel good not to be tormented by loud hellish music the gym responded to my review but the very next day i came in it was worse they were playing music at one end of the gym and totally another kind of music at the other end of the gym blasting and also a member of stay shouting through a mic who in their right mind would want to go to a place like that to workout ? so they dont seem to have theirs customer complaints at heart im on a months trial don't think I'll be back pity as it's a ok gym . It would be better gym if they sorted out this issue but for now its worse gym.

The staff team are amazing, friendly, helpful and will challenge you. We always feel welcome, the other people within the gym are friendly, respectful and you will have a laugh. Positive experience: Great gym with top of the line gear, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they absolutely blast music at a rediculous volume. Not everyone wants to hear chart music on max volume.

Positive experience: Fantastic gym that has everything you need. I was just visiting for a few days so this was perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great space and equipment. I was excited to see very high quality plate loaded leg press. Only negatives are the free weights area is small, the weights can sometimes catch on the bars due to the material of the plates and the bench is slightly too soft. But that's being very picky. Overall I cant fault it!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing time today. Like an eejit I came in the wrong door but the lovely Jamie seen me floundering to find my way into the Gym and came to my rescue. He gave me a walk through of the face recognition and got me registered for that. The gym is well set up for distanced work outs and has lots of available cleaning materials. The resistance weight machines and cardio having the My Wellness app settings were amazing and really stepped up my work out. I love the wave pattern which allowed me to better pace my sets. The virtual class room seems like a great way to complete a work out and I think I will take advantage the next time I am there and the classes seem like great fun from the videos on Instagram. The women's locker rooms were very clean. Luckily I had a lock but it is something to note as other Better gyms I have been to have their own locks built in.

Fantastic experience: So I have just signed up with Andy for PT sessions. I have never set foot inside a gym, too intimidating. But Andy has made it very comfortable and put me at ease every minute. Hes excellent at explaining the equipment and was very quick to find out what I would enjoy and what I would be good at. I really look forward to my gym sessions weekly. :)

You’ll be amazed at the interactive Prama programme...just push play to experience this latest trend. Venture into the free weights area to find power racks with Olympic lifting platforms, plate loaded machines, pre loaded bars, cables and more. There’s a functional area with all the latest functional training equipment including a rig, battle ropes, boxing bags and a flipping tyre.To top it all off there’s safe cycle storage if you fancy biking into work. Definitely worth a visit...
