Negative experience: Just for others to be aware of, the policy and guidelines aren’t clear. To cancel the gym you must give 30 days notice PRIOR to the 1st of the month. Everyone is billed on the 1st of the month (regardless of whether if you started your contract on the 1st of the month or 15th of the month), and if it passes the 1st you have to pay for that month and the next month as well (essentially 2 months rather than one month, then you’re contract is cancelled). They’ll tell you to give 30 days notice but that’s not accurate so be careful. You must give 30 days notice prior to your next bill date. E.g you want to finish your contract at the end of Nov, you have to tell them in September so they have the WHOLE of October (30 days) to cancel it.

Negative experience: Really poor gym. If someone thinks training Really hard push himself that's not the gym what u looking for.

Negative experience: Scammers, they have designed the contract to make you pay minimum of two months beyond your need. Within the contract it says you have to provide them with proof of your death otherwise you will be charged and the contract will auto renew itself !! A point for their reply.. if the gym payment falls a week before the 30 days notice finish they take full payment and extend the membership for another 3 weeks beyond the 30 days. That is also mentioned in the contract. Your contract in my opinion lack morals and decency.

Fantastic experience: Great little gym.

Positive experience: Recently visited on a daily pass. From the outside it looks quite modern but from the inside I saw a lot of broken equipment, such as treadmill, stepper, the adductor adjustment leaver and even the water fountain!! Also my husband and I entered the gym and patiently waited at the reception whilst the woman (assistant manager?) spoke to a couple there about meals, food and other life matters, which fair enough it’s a gym but didn’t even glance at us until I actually had to interrupt them and said we just wanted to pay to use the gym. It was decent for £10 a day but defo wouldn’t sign up if I lived there!

Negative experience: Useless staff, unable to make a simple cancellation been trying to cancel my account because my contract is over, called today amd now i was allowed to make a cancellation through the phone which i wasnt allowed before and they have manually taken money out of my account this month costing me over £70 and they think thats a normally thing without consent ...and still having to pay next month if I could give 0 stars i would

Positive experience: More spacious and nice ambients to workout

Positive experience: Always clean. Music can be too loud in the early morning hours. Some of the equipment needs updating and repairing however. Has recently added some new attachments for cables and weights have been moved which makes the place work better One of the benches the other day had a loose cushion. The bolts on the cable machines are sometimes loose. The bolts at the bottom of the cable machines where the attachments can be stored are often very loose. I appreciate the use of the machines but a lot of the cushions are worn out. The flooring also dips in places near the mirrors but this is due to the weights. The floor surrounding the squat rack area is not joined properly. The edging is out of true and I am not sure it is securely attached. The pull down machine could do with a longer cable or added linked chain to allow shorter people to be able to sit and use the machine without them being launched into the air to release the bar. One of the rowing machines has a clicking sensation when extending the legs, it feels like it slightly comes off of the track or the bearings are not true/completely round anymore

Negative experience: It's just going now. Sad what I can see day by day. Whenever I was offering for someone to join the gym they refused, saying that it's over crowded. They are right. I'm about to quit too, after being one of the 1st member. From all the point of view is a weak environment. Disappointing to see that ppl are paying for it (expensive) and no investments.

Negative experience: Multiple reasons for a bad review. There’s too many people in the gym at once, people form crowds and intimidate other gym goers and there’s not enough equipment for all to use. As I moved away and am no longer local, I cancelled a few months back and was not charged for 2 months and then suddenly charged again. I contacted snap and they stated that they had no evidence of cancellation and that payment had apparently been taken the whole time. When I then reapplied for cancellation I still had to pay the extra month!

Positive experience: Visited this gym as a snap member from Didcot - Oxfordshire. Was welcomed at the door by Sam and shown the changing area and offered any further help I might need. Members seemed friendly. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Positive experience: The SnapFitness in Thetford is a good modern gym however due to personal reasons I needed to leave the area and move elsewhere but to cancel my contract here was not great, but I got there in the end, it's a 24 hour gym right in the middle of Thetford which is great but it's a contracted gym membership so if you're looking to join you need to be prepared to fight to leave the gym when you want to.

Classes are always busy which is a good sign! Equipment always clean and working. Great atmosphere all round and I'd recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout, modern and always clean. Pretty much all of the equipment you'll need and even at the busier times there always seems to be free areas. Really friendly staff - Nathan, Sam and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful if you need anything and will always say hello and chat. Gyms can make people feel uncomfortable, but this is definitely not one of them.

Cons • It's open 24/7 so there is no excuse not to go. I've been going to Snap Fitness for 2-3 years now and have never had a problem with anything, even at peak times you can still find a machine/workout area and everyone is very friendly. Big shout-out to Sam & Nathan for running this gym so well and keeping a sense of community when so many others have lost theirs.

Fantastic experience: changed gyms recently, and I'm so glad I picked snap fitness. all the equipment is like new and none of it is cheap. most of it also has a qr code so if you come when they aren't staffed you can find a video on how to use them. the showers and toilets are well made and surprisingly clean. all in all, it's a really good gym for both starters and regular gym goers.

Brilliant PT's there who also run amazing classes at lots of different times to fit in with all schedules! I had two options Breckland leisure centre or here. A 5 min call to each had me signing up to snap fitness. By far the best place! Thank you Nathan, Sam and Ryan!!!
