Fantastic experience: An old school bodybuilding gym for all ages. A great place to train with like minded people. This gym has old school machines that do the job. Everyone is friendly and helpful. You feel like you're part of a family not just a gym if that makes sense.

Positive experience: Decently set up gym. Good for the old school lovers. Only thing I don’t like MYSELF which may be preferred to others was the “Lbs” on the dumbbells. But apart from that everything was good. Could have abit of a better atmosphere regarding music and what not.

Fantastic experience: Best old school gym around, not over run by people staring in the mirrors at themselves thinking they are the big I am. The owner is lovely. The price's are cheap per month... and NO CONTRACTS! All three ladies who run the place are lovely and the gym members are friendly and approachable (mostly male, but everyone's welcome!!!)

Negative experience: very bad experience here, put me off gyms for life.
