Fantastic experience: No nonsense gym, friendly people, no one judges you, no attitude, and no one giving it the large. Old school gym with some old school gentlemen.

Negative experience: Needs new equipment other gyms have upgraded this is very old equipment

Negative experience: My First impressions of LM's, were the poorly maintained equipment and unsavoury clientele - whom proudly brandished their electronic tags like badges of honour. This was quite a concern as there is no safe place to store belongings - or even any changing facilities for that matter. Never the less, I persevered with my training session - only to have my set interrupted by the gym owner, who insisted I get off the equipment I was using, so he could use it to train someone else. He then preceded to remove my weights MID SET!! By far, my worse ever gym experience - they don't even deserve the 1 start I awarded to leave this review.

Fantastic experience: Used to train here, only stopped due to work/family commitments. Got everything you need, including one of the best supply of free weights anywhere, knowledgable staff and no groups of posers getting in the way. In my mind this is Wolves best gym.

Fantastic experience: Owner is amazing guy full of knowledge. Free advise on training nutrition. He will personally come to you to make sure you are doing right form. Equipments that you will not find in modern gyms. Old school and the best.
