Fresh Gym

Fantastic experience: My daughter recommended Fresh to me because I was always nervous going to gyms because they felt intimidating. The staff at Fresh are all really friendly and welcoming. I’ve never been to a gym where the staff remember your name and are always happy to help and give advice. It’s well equipped with everything I need to workout. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: My Son has his 4th birthday party here and it couldn't have been better! The team were all incredible they went above and beyond to organise the event, the decorations and the set up of the hall was amazing & the games they had organised were perfect for the age range.

Fantastic experience: I would give 6 stars if I could! Such a lovely gym with the friendliest staff. So pleased I joined. After avoiding gyms for nearly 7 years I’m a bit gutted I didn’t try this gym out sooner! It’s not like other gyms I have been to. You feel relaxed and comfortable straight away, everyone is getting on with their workouts. It’s clean and has amazing PT’s and classes. You couldn’t want much more! My partner came with me for the trial and the gym is so nice he has joined as well, even though he already has a 12 month membership at another gym that he has been going to for years. He hasn’t gone back to his old gym since signing up. Which says it all xx

Fantastic experience: I had some personal training sessions with Adam at Freshgym and the experience has been superb. Adam understands all the machinery and also what is required to encourage me to push myself to understand and achieve my fitness and well being goals. I therfore thoroughly recomend Adam and this gym.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been with Fresh gym for more than 5 years! When we first started, we were genuinely scared to wear gym clothes, let alone step foot in a gym! However, Fresh is more than a gym, the support, motivation, time and energy you receive from each staff member is truly an inspiration in itself! The facilities are clean, the classes and outdoor HIIT sessions are excellent, the weights area has everything you need and the trainers are always on hand! Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Really good local gym with great staff, equipment and classes. Works for all levels of fitness and people; young, super-fit, newbies, more mature! Never a problem getting onto the machines and always someone willing to help and offer advice. Very competitive pricing and good range of extra-curricular activities - outdoor fitness and socials. Been more than happy with my membership!

Fantastic experience: Fresh is great. Glitz is unnecessary when you have such friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a great gym that caters for all fitness needs, kitted out with good machines, several workout areas, classes throughout the week and a great atmosphere. I have also found the physio team to be invaluable when my body has 'given up' on occasions. I can't recommend Fresh highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fresh gym for about six months now. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I was given a training programme at the outset to help me achieve my goals. The membership with all the classes included offers excellent value for money. The gym also has a car park for those who can’t get there by other means.

Fantastic experience: A truly fantastic gym managed by wonderful friendly staff. Like most people I have tried other gyms but this has something that those bigger more corporate type gym places do not have and you can not put a price on that. It others an abundance of classes for everyone both indoors and outdoors activities coupled with experienced staff to get through your classes of choice.

Positive experience: Was a member for over a year and its decent for a quick after work workout but far too expensive - for that price I'd want a larger variety of equipment and 24hr access, I've been a member of dozens of gyms that are a 1/3 the price, better equipped and have more accessible hours.

Positive experience: Friendly staff but it's expensive for what it is. Opening times are a bit odd compared to other gyms but if you use a personal trainer they will let you in early!

Fantastic experience: I love the weekend bootcamp here - everyone is so friendly and welcoming and you can join in no matter what your fitness level or ability. The instructors make it fun and are very encouraging so even though you are working hard and getting good results it is still very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Fresh Health and Fitness for its fun approach and excellent customer service!
