Fantastic experience: I recently joined the Fitness Hub and I’m questioning why I didn’t make this choice sooner! I’ve been looking for a gym which has a community feel, makes exercise fun and enjoyable and provides support for every step of your journey. The Fitness Hub and Needham does EXACTLY this! Curtley and his team are just FAB! Every session I have been to, I have been welcomed with open arms by the coaches AND the members and I was made to feel a part of thr FitFam team from day dot! I have finally found my place and I couldn’t be happier!

The gym looks great after a recent refurb, plenty of equipment & space, something for everyone. Josh, Mike, Millie & Izzy, you guys should be so proud of what you’ve achieved since taking the gym on April, you’ve created the perfect community space that makes EVERYONE feel welcome. Fantastic experience: I visit Needham Gym and fitness at 3-4 times a week and what a wonderful place to train, I am a lady of middle age shall we say and I love the staff and the fellow members who use the gym too, the management are very approachable and are very nice people everyone I have come across whilst using the gym are really friendly. There is a wide spectrum of ages who use the gym which gives it a real community feel . The new decoration is superb and now gives it a completely clean professional look. Well done Needham Gym and Fitness managers for making my experience of using a gym thoroughly enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Stopped in from out of town. They offer a day and a week pass, which worked out nicely. Could use some updating/organization - and they are remodeling after Xmas '23. Everything you could need for a solid workout.

Fantastic experience: I attended an Aikido seminar at Taipan martial arts 2 weeks ago. Nice and friendly club in a great location! Plenty of car parking. Highly recommended! If you simply want to move your body, there is also a gym there.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly gym owners, plenty of machines to use, good free weight area, plenty of treadmills and exercise bikes. They do a cheaper deal for 2 people gym membership.
