Fantastic experience: This is a very nice gym and leisure centre. Ample parking to the front. It has a separate womens training room. There is a cafe and a hairdressers. There is a pool and very good dressing rooms with separate shower cubicles. Disabled access and a restaurant next door

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym, not full of posing wannabe body builders

Positive experience: Machines are looking dated now. Needs an overhaul
