Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible. Natalie has coached me into a professional aerial performer. In a short time I safely learned a new skill but most importantly learned a whole new confidence and love for an art. I continue training with her at her studio, sometimes several times a week! A champion coach!!! A huge variety of circus skills available to learn and some fitness too!! The studio is extremely safe, clean and a pleasure to train in.

Fantastic experience: My daughter LOVES flex! And LOVES Natalie even more! She is always giving the kids 100% and pushes them to reach their highest potential! Before my daughter joined flex she had tried everything else and wasn't that interested but after her very first class a few years ago that was it! And it wasn't soon until she was climbing the ranks ‍♀️
