Negative experience: Tried this club out for two sessions but didn't feel welcome, nobody made an effort to welcome us in as new prospective members/ not introduced to any staff or show us around, felt rather lost and no feedback given after my child tried out first few sessions. Feel really disappointing as had been waiting to try out this club for a very long time.

Fantastic experience: Nice staff and nice venue. My son loved the class and really wants to return. Cafe open for drinks and snacks with a waiting area with window for watching the class. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: This is a place where children learn to exercise, suitable for children of different ages and parking lots.

Fantastic experience: Safe play area for tots. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean toilets and baby changing area- you can smell that its clean. Highchairs, baby chairs, excellent choice of food and homemade cakes to die for! Kids love the place.

Negative experience: More money making scheme than club

Positive experience: Took granddaughter to gym club. Friendly place but very busy with not a lot of space to move around. There is a door on the level which could provide wheelchair access but it would be tight with children changing for their club and small cafe tables in the corners. (They may have an alternative disabled access). The gym club appears to be well organised with plenty of warnings for family with regard to the very limited parking and keeping the waiting area inside the building clean and clear. My son tells me it's reasonably priced and the children appear to enjoy what's on offer.

Fantastic experience: To my surprise there is a lovely children’s play cafe tucked behind the Gymnastics Club, the food and drinks are great value for money as a coffee or tea only costs £1.00. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to take their child out for a great morning run-a-round.

Positive experience: Went to busy Lizzy playcafe, usually amazing my daughter has the best time and we love the fact it's aimed at under 5s but our last visit there were a group of kids 100% older then 5 that were very playing dangerously and not considering the younger kids and there parents didn't enter the play area once to see what they were doing, I just think things like that should be policed a bit better because we left after 1/2 Your because my toddler couldn't play

Positive experience: We went for the baby fun class which was great. A good opportunity for socializing and a chance for the babies to try a wide range of activities, including trampolining, high swings and other equipment. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices meant it was good for us novices but I believe it's great for those with more professional aspirations too.

Positive experience: Great for kids .. waiting room for parents is not great or comfortable and with no windows very claustrophobic!

Positive experience: Parking is rubbish but it's going to be extended soon. Sometimes hard to get hold of a member off staff through the office area if they are all busy. The car park has hardly any lighting and very dark in winter.. Never answer the the Phone you have to leave a message.!
