Positive experience: Visited here for some flexing sesh's back in the day. The young lad that ran the place (with I think he's dad or older brother) were the OG's. They had good deals and various equipments. Was defo worth the price. Spent a lot of my summer time there with the lads, some of the most enjoyable times I've had in Brum. They had the works here, prayers rooms, mini canteen, ring and many more. Showers and changing rooms needed a little TLC. The funny sign they had in the toilets were hilarious. Foreign man's treated the toilet like it was back home

Positive experience: Really friendly staff, has a women’s only section upstairs which is nice. Also an option to go for a week is only £10!! Would highly recommend, only suggestion I have is keeping ontop of toilet roll in the toilets :)

Fantastic experience: I was visiting Birmingham and here, I could buy a session for £5,- and continue my work out. It’s a huge gym with all the equipment you’ll need. For ladies who want to have more privacy, they have a separate place to work out (upstairs)

Need to reach out with reassuring words of advice based upon 18-months using Flex Fitness Gym Birmingham. A great gym with lots to offer. With easy Direct Debit monthly payment. Flex has Fresh new cardio equipment as well as iron work equipment. (Not really my bag) I have read some of the reviews here and will say I have NEVER experienced any negativity at Flex, all the equipment are kept spotlessly clean, staff have always been pleasant and come across like they actually really care. From day 1, I have been made to feel very welcomed. There are a number of friendly approachable personal trainers which I also am more than happy to recommend. Flex Fitness 100% Recommend. Positive experience: The gym does have a great variety of equipment. Unfortunately the opening hours are very restrictive for those that work 9-5 and want to avoid the after 5pm busy period. It only seems to quieten down by 9pm then (not leaving much time for a proper workout). I prefer to workout in the morning before work but the 8am opening is too late for this, plus I tried to go at 8am a few times only to find they hadn’t opened on time so I wouldn’t have been able to fit in a workout before work then either. If you are willing to go when it’s busy after 5pm or are able to go in the daytime then it’s also good value for money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for a few months now after initially struggling to find solid gym in Birmingham. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff and the equipment is first class with most machines being hammer strength or equivalent.

Positive experience: Probably one of the best gyms in Birmingham only downside not 24 hours which doesn't suit me definitely would recommend! Not sure how parking is now due to the road works.

Fantastic experience: Flex fitness!! Is by far one of the best gyms in Birmingham. As a strength and conditioning coach and fight coach of over 10 years I can whole heartedly say it is totally inclusive of all people and genders. I myself coach my clients out of this club, And the staff and members are so friendly and supportive. They also offer a women's only area which is a huge plus.

Fantastic experience: Flex Fitness is a great gym catering for both bodybuilders and those who train in a contact sport (boxing/kickboxing etc).It has a variety of free weights,machines, punching bags and even a boxing ring.I’ve been training at flex for a long time now and I have never had a problem with the staff or another member at the gym. The staff are always polite and friendly making the gym have a nice atmosphere. From what I’m seeing the gym is only progressing with the recent new equipment and the opening of the on-site TST Sports Cafe selling healthy and nutritious food. Overall the gym fulfils all my needs!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in Birmingham. Been here for over 10 years and attained some really good progress. I’ve been to many gyms around Birmingham, but always ended up back here. As the others have not fulfilled my needs for my fitness goals. The gym facilities are excellent. They are packed full of top of the range hammer strength machines, good cardio equipment, clean and hygienic changing rooms. Great atmosphere here, which pushes hard to achieve your fitness goals. Also very friendly and helpful staff, making your experience better. Very good pricing for the gym also. Highly recommend if you live in Birmingham or if you come down to Birmingham and hit a session or two.

Fantastic experience: Been training at flex fitness since I was 14 and I am now 26. Staff are very friendly and are always willing to help if you need it. The atmosphere in the gym and support from other members of the gym have encouraged me to push past my limits.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Flex Fitness as a member and as a Personal Trainer for over 10 years and you couldn’t ask for more from a gym. I’ve trained women, men, teenagers, beginners and everyone feels comfortable here. This a community gym that puts the members first, constantly re investing in the best equipment for a more than fair membership fee. My partner often takes advantage of the ladies only gym upstairs which is an added bonus! A big thank you to the Flex team for owning and running a gym the right way!

Fantastic experience: Came to the gym to do a photoshoot for a client and loved the gym so much had to leave a review. The lighting and the look of the gym is perfect for pictures and videos. Negative experience: They have a women section upstairs. Claim no one goes up and it's all good and private to feel safe. Well I had 2 men go upstairs. I was the only one there and left immediately. Did not return and dont reccomend for women.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a fair few gyms in Birmingham, from the fitness gyms like TheGym group to Iron Gyms like 24/7 and Temple Gym. Most gyms have 2 out of the 3 main things I’m after, heavy weights with lots of equipment, hygiene levels and spacious. Flex Fitness has all of the those. The equipment is always working and maintained regularly, the equipment is clean and most importantly, safe. The changing room is clean, the toilet is clean along with the rest of the gym, whereas I’ve found a lot of the iron gyms fail to look after the general hygiene levels and also maintain the equipment. 10/10
