Fantastic experience: Been a member of this gym nearly one year . A well ran gym by his manager Stuart , very polite, kind and friendly person. Good quality equipment Clean and tidy I’ve been in at different times of the day for a workout and never been busy enough that you got to wait for your turn to use an equipment . Friendly members from different ages, background and ethnicity , makes it a very good environment..

Fantastic experience: Just a rewritten review of this gym as my last didn't contain a great deal of detail for those looking to join. I've been a member for over a year now, not used the facilities as many times as I wanted to however every time I do visit, a beaming smile as I walk through the door always welcomes me in, great range of top of the line equipment, and although I haven't tried the classes, they look amazing aswell with a great range for different gymmers. Thanks to all at snap fitness for your amazing accommodation and gym, especially Paul and Stuart.

Fantastic experience: Many gyms are soulless warehouses, what sets Snap aside are the staff. Friendly smiles greet you every time. For some reason, this gym feels safer too, possibly the layout. If you are looking for a gym with a great sense of belonging, here it is. Well done Stuart.

Fantastic experience: I have had huge anxiety about joining/attending gyms in the past and was really aprehensive. But Snap fitness has eased all my anxieties, everyone there is so friendly. The staff are all lovely and put me at ease, always welcoming and happy to answer any questions I may have. The gym has lots of different equipment and there is something for every ability. Thank you for making my experience here a good one and making working out enjoyable in a friendly environment.

I enjoy the facilities early in the morning and flexibility of being able to use machines and weights. also get on the studio when no classes on. I enjoy spin classes once a week with great instructors. highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Visiting family in Eastbourne and needed a gym. Snap came up as a suggestion and I'm glad I went. Very clean place, all equipment cleaned by every member after use. Equipment looks almost brand new. Although the gym is small, everytime I went, there was less than 5 people so no issues using anything. The gym manager was very helpful with accommodating my needs within the few days I was there.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over a year and I love it ! The staff are also so helpful and always greet you and ask how you are when you walk in - which is such a nice touch. It's a very clean gym with clean facilities. I tend to go in the mornings/early afternoon and it's never crowded which is nice. As a young girl who hasn't really had much experience/doesn't know how to use all the equipment, I've never felt intimidated or out of place, which is extremely important to me when choosing a gym. There are never any problems with other members, and everyone - regardless of age or abilities or skill, are always kind and respectful to each other, and willing the help out. I think it says a lot about the staff and the environment they maintain. There's also a wide range of free group classes, and when there's no classes on, we're welcome to use the private room for our workouts/more privacy. I've also had some personal training from staff members and that gave me so much confidence and really widened my knowledge. I 100% recommend this gym and I'm so glad I decided to sign up! :)

Fantastic experience: I joined in January 2023 after lots of thought and continuing weight loss journey ,I really wanted to work on toning up.this gym is very well equipped,staff are amazing and friendly and I feel extremely comfortable working in this gym ,I suffer with many health conditions the main one being LUPUS SLE but have found unlike many other gyms people are not judging me or trying to push me into doing stuff that is not good for my condition . I tend to go to the gym with my husband as he has health problems too but we work together and have found a happy place at snap fitness Eastbourne .

Fantastic experience: From my perspective based on the morning periods I attend, Eastbourne SNAP is small , friendly & inclusive gym, well managed by Stuart and assisted by Laura . Jean is an experienced , approachable and knowledgeable PT. . Standards of cleanliness and maintenance are high with a nice variety of equipment considering the size. Unlike many gyms there’s few ego’s or attitudes here from members from what I see, and those things can spoil a venue. It’s worth a free trial session if nothing else as that’s a nice way to see if it suits the sort of place you’re looking to start out, or move your fitness on.

Fantastic experience: It has been almost 1 week that i have joined snapfitness and i had a really great experience in there. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym equipment is really good and fun too use. I am so glad that i am a member at snapfitness. Also i think all the staff should all have a pay rise as they are so good at the jobs very professinal workers!!

Fantastic experience: A really great local gym! The equipment and facilities are all modern and well kept with everything you really need to have a great workout session. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable offering advice if needed but happy to let you get on alone if that's what you want. There is a nice atmosphere within the gym and I regularly chat with new people. It's a friendly gym without the pretentious plonker you sometimes get elsewhere! Having parking and 24/7 access is brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym local and good equipment and excellent team of staff. Especially Jess assistant manager. Really knowledgeable and runs excellent classes especially Legs Bums and Tums. Been doing her class since April and seen a real difference in my fitness since starting.

Fantastic experience: Conveniently placed in the Langney Shopping Centre, the Snap Fitness is a great and welcoming gym with a large range of equipment, plus knowledgeable staff who are happy to help. Upon joining, I was offered a tour around the gym by assistant manager Jess, they introduced me to each piece of equipment, ensuring I was comfortable with the ones I was interested in using. Questions were answered with good detail and the tour was successful. Classes are offered here, including pole fitness, pilates, kettlebells and more - these can be booked via an app or by talking to staff. When encountering minor problems regarding my membership, I was contacted by manager Stuart who was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the issues in hand. Showers, unisex toilets, dry change rooms, styling stations and water stations were available to members and all were clean and well kept. Gym users are expected to clean equipment after use (good!) and overall the gym is a clean area. The gym is safe, there's a keycard and buzzer system where only members can access the gym, or people can get in with staff permission. I would've loved to add photos to the review but photo taking, I believe, is prohibited.

Positive experience: Good choice of classes. Lots of different exercise machines. Need to be a bit more 'senior' aware.

Fantastic experience: Although I never got a chance to use the gym outside of being a guest, I was consistently impressed with Snap’s customer service. When signing up, the staff were extremely helpful and helped me get the best deal. I recently cancelled my contract due to a change in circumstances, and the staff went out of their way to help me cancel my contract early. This was refreshing after dealing with the dire customer service of other gyms (David Lloyd) who would require the payment of your first born just to cancel your contract. Can’t recommend enough - just sad that I didn’t get a chance to use the gym!

Fantastic experience: Quality gym great prices equipment is spot on and the staff are very helpful and understanding. when I needed to cancel my membership you have to give a month's notice everything you need to know is in terms and conditions.

Negative experience: Wish I could give 0 stars. Good luck if you want to cancel your membership. Tried to take payment 15 times in one month when my membership was cancelled!

Negative experience: Wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before joining, so many people have had the same problems with this company re taking money from you for a service you aren't using and have told them multiple times to cancel. £87 to join, used the gym a few times then wanted 2 months payment to cancel. Avoid

Fantastic experience: Great gym good equipment and friendly atmosphere

Negative experience: Won't cancel my membership...15 attempts at taking money from my card for a service I've told them 3 times now I don't want...tell me I need to write a letter to cancel because apparently over the phone or email isn't good enough. Twice the price for half the equipment of the gym at the crumbles and no where near the service.

Fantastic experience: If you are thinking of joining a Gym then look no further. Great value for money. The atmosphere is great and the staff are all very professional and do everything to keep us safe following Covid government guidelines. During staffed hours there is a booking system for gym sessions. I never have a problem booking the time I want to go. Plenty of wipes and sanitiser to clean the equipment as well as the gym closing for deep cleans during the day. This gym is a happy friendly place to work out in.

Fantastic experience: I get here at 4am 3 times per week. I cannot comment on the staff or customer service as there is never anyone here when I am here. The place is always clean and tidy. The staff are doing an A1 job keeping it Covid safe. Keep up the good work.

I've used most gyms in eastbourne but this is the best by far... great space and state of the art equipment....but for me it's the atmosphere...the staff are experienced, highly trained and make a point of going out of there way for every member and that rubs off on the members...everyone talks to one another and gets on great which makes the experience an enjoyable one... if your going to join a gym... join snap

Fantastic experience: Stuart and the team at Snap Fitness made me feel super welcome, relaxed and enabled to start my journey. I usually hate gyms but this one feels like a little family and they promote a judgement free atmosphere, so this close knit vibe runs through all the members I have met so far. Ben was exceptional in the kettlebell class and in showing me a routine with all the equipment that would give me an effective, speedy workout.
