A place where you feel yourself. You improve the quality of government and I have never experienced such a wonderful human and friendly approach anywhere. Music.. great possibilities for group exercise or in the comfort of individual improved bodybuilding. Water for refreshment, good air, exercise machines and exercise rooms, plus another cozy area just for girls and women. The entry price is very attractive, unrivaled in comparison with how everyone can improve their health, appearance, but also their feeling and life. Fantastic experience: I joined absolutely fitness last year and I have been made to feel so welcome. The staff are really exceptional with their knowledge and support and the classes are so well lead and fun. Very passionate about what they do and the classes really are a great workout. The gym is clean and tidy with great equipment. The lady’s only gym is great, if you like to work out sometimes in a smaller area with a good variety of equipment. They cater for all abilities and everyone just gets on with what they are doing and the atmosphere is relaxed. Mostly thanks to the staff as they are who make the gym great! And they are so helpful.

Fantastic experience: Joining a gym can be intimidating, especially when it feels like you're stepping into unfamiliar territory. That's exactly how I felt when I reluctantly signed up at Absolutely Fitness in Bracknell accompanied by two friends who were far more excited about it than I was. One aspect of this gym that caught my attention right away was their separate female area. As a woman, this provided a sense of comfort and privacy that encouraged me to take the first step through their doors. Yet, despite this initial reassurance, I still found myself feeling lost when it came to gym equipment, unsure of where to begin. Feeling adrift, I decided to explore the class offerings. It was a decision that changed everything. From the moment I participated in my first class, I was hooked. The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive, guiding me through each session with patience and encouragement. What I appreciated most was the inclusive atmosphere; regardless of skill level, everyone was made to feel welcome. Before I knew it, I was attending double classes on a daily basis, enjoying the classes and making new friends. What started as a means to simply "get through" my gym sessions became the highlight of my day, a space where I could push myself beyond my limits and emerge stronger each time. As my confidence grew within the gym walls, I found myself venturing into the main gym area, trying out machines and exercises I never would have considered before. What began as an obligation transformed into a source of self-discovery. To anyone hesitant about joining this gym, my advice is simple: don't let fear hold you back. Positive experience: Happy with this gym and the ladies only gym room is a great touch which most gyms don’t have. It would be great if the hours on weekends were more flexible till 8pm at least..

Positive experience: Some of the staff seem kinda miserable and unhelpful and the cleanliness of the place could do with some work Update: pros: the women's only gym room is very much appreciated and definitely a deciding factor in choosing Absolutely over other gyms in the area. Generally there is a really great atmosphere here. Membership costs are decent. Around £25 pm for access to Bracknell and Slough gyms including all classes (of which there appears to be a good range of). Equipment: there is a decent range of equipment and you don't tend to have to wait long for a machine etc. Some great staff: Fran, Hudson are absolute babes Cons: the changing rooms/shower area leaves a lot to be desired

Negative experience: I hate to say but this place just isn't up to scratch. Loads of old equipment warn down interior. It's rather depressing inside in all honesty. A lot of the equipment is faulty which from the perspective of a gym user is a major health and safety hazard. I was quite stunned myself but it was probably the thing that put me off the most. The staff themselves seem pretty helpful so I can't fault them but the facilities are just not right. The owner needs to really work on investing on a refurb and bringing in new equipment.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently relocated to Bracknell and popped in to Absolutely Fitness to have a quick look at the facilities and luckily was met by Aaron who was so helpful! Aaron gave us a full tour of the gym and really impressed us. It’s got lots of equipment and generally looks like a friendly place to train. So we’ve signed up

Negative experience: Avoid The Absolutely Squalor gym at all costs, this gym is also acting like the Sicilian Mafia when you try to quit, reminds me of Chandler from Friends when he could not quit. I gave 1 month notice correctly after 3 months of membership- they did not allow me to use the gym during the notice month, they sent me a new invoice increased my past instalments which were discounted before and demanded I pay for February and March too at a much higher rate- The Weirdest gym ever, did you know they take payments from your account if you don't cancel DD even after you have cancelled membership, they actually say that in their terms!. They are blackmailing using a debt agency as collector even if you don't owe them anything and have correctly cancelled your membership with the required notice , they want your money and they will blackmail you to force you depart with your cash- they must think it is the Wild West.

Fantastic experience: Seriously excellent gym. Probably the best range of gym equipment of any gym in Bracknell. I particularly like the new style machines and I also like the option of having conventional weights and heavy lift equipment. Very friendly gym and have felt most welcome all together very professional. Wish I had joined months before. Not sure why but I find the layout of equipment very helpful in performing all my exercises, yeah really good.

Fantastic experience: Most affordable gym membership we could find in Bracknell. Staff are always attentive and friendly. Lefty is great on the front desk, with a welcoming smile. Bathrooms could do with a refresh, but are adequate for a gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a nice atmosphere - doesn't feel like the usual commercial gym. Staff are friendly and helpful, and membership prices are reasonable. Lots of equipment - although one of the 40KG dumbbells has been missing lately? There's regularly new pieces of kit (most recently an entire new area) and improvements in general to the whole gym are frequent. I'm pretty sure opening times are soon to be lengthened too. 5/5 well done

Fantastic experience: I've been using this gym for over a month now after trialling a few different gyms, I found that this place has a smaller community but a helpful one none the less. If you have trouble with bigger crowds this gym is exceptional, the community is helpful, the staff are also incredibly kind and will help with anything you need if it's equipment or spots for heavier lifts. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with lots of equipment and machines. There is also a big area just for Women to train and feel safe. Lots of free parking available.

Positive experience: Reasonably gym with a good variance of equipment and machines, and a boxing/mma training area upstairs which is good fun. Some staff are helpful but at times can come across as a bit rude and a bit hopeless. Cannot speak for the classes but have heard good things. Parking situation NEEDS TO CHANGE. The main reason they are losing two stars. Staff complain about customers complaining about it - perhaps this is something that needs to be looked at.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great place for training. It includes everything from free weights resistance machines, ladies room, beauty room, group classes ( HIIT, Core Blast, Yo-Obe, Spinning(any different levels), Bums, Tums&Box and so many more. I recommend it this to everyone and i am sure that you will not regret it because the prices and offers are really affordable.

Fantastic experience: Says what it is on the tin! Nice big space filled with equipment for all of my lifting needs. Made some good friends training here too with majority of the members being helpful and friendly. Highly recommend the spin classes too! Staff are nothing more then helpful and fantastic individuals and always on hand to answer any questions I have!

Negative experience: Don't be tricked, it is not 100% ladies area and very expensive for a regular gym. There are many other good offers in town, do your research.

Negative experience: Can't say you have a ladies area only when men are still allowed regardless if it's staff members. It's misleading.

Fantastic experience: Amazing instructors, specially Trish, such a good attitude, always ready to help, I would give 6* if I could!

Positive experience: Positives: The gym itself is a good size with lots of different types of equipment. The gym supports charities for children and the proceeds are donated to a good cause. The monthly fee is very cheap, but it comes at a cost (see negatives). Negatives: The gym is not cleaned every day and they don't employ a proper cleaner. The changing rooms especially the showers are filthy and there is usually a rather unpleasant odour. When cleaning issues are raised with the staff, they don't respond and actively delete any comments on the internal forum.

Fantastic experience: I think I have been a member at every gym in Bracknell now. I have to say Absolutely Fitness does it the best by a longshot. Once you know the place is actually a gym its hidden gem! Staff, facilities and the classes are just a different level. They are putting something in the water at Absolutely and it seems to be working a treat!

Positive experience: Nice gym. Well equipped and friendly staff. I joined mainly for the ladies gym and was disappointed to find that you can see right into the ladies gym from the car park. Also male staff come into the ladies section to do their checks. Would be great if female staff could come if possible. Also would be great if windows were frosted/glazed to make it more private.

Alex and the staff are always very helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending this gym to anyone who is considering joining.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, as someone who thought when people were talking about gyms they were talking about Jim’s Cafe, I can’t believe that I’m now writing a review about one!! The staff are amazing and really encouraging. I’ve lost 3.5 stone since joining, have gone from not being able to run for a minute to being able to run 10 miles and most impressive for me ............ I’m still going!! I’m no longer one of these people that pays for a gym membership they don’t use. The main reason for all of the above is the place is welcoming, has a women’s only section, (which makes me feel loads more comfortable) they have virtual Spin instructors as well as classes at different times of the day to suit everyone and has all the machines and more you’d expect. For anyone debating joining a gym in the Bracknell area this one is for you

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym for 3 + years and I love the classes. Personal trainer Steve Obe does a killer class (I would recommend giving it a go if you want to get a good workout)! The staff are great and always happy to help out! The gym has all the equipment you need and the ladies only gym is a really good idea.

Fantastic experience: Really fantastic gym. This was the first gym I joined and while I felt quite overwhelmed and was worried gyms are really intimidating, the staff are so helpful and never make you feel incompetent (even when, like me, you use some of the machines completely wrong!). There's never a wait time to use any equipment, and the ladies' only bit is a really nice addition. It's also such good value for money!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member and a regular visitor for 3 years. The staff are friendly and approachable, the equipment is maintained to a high standard, the work out areas on both floors are clean and well set out and there is no waiting around to use the machines. This is definitely the best gym in the area when you consider the reasonable monthly membership. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, staff who are happy to demonstrate equipment or give ideas. There is a women's only part, large mixed part with loads of cardio and weight machines. Never too busy. Full of normal people not lycra clad preening in the mirror types. The "testosterone" room downstairs isn't too intimidating, the men don't look and stare as they do at other gyms, and will show you how to use equipment.

Negative experience: Insufficient parking. Too many members. Always waiting for equipment to become free. Definitely geared towards fitness and not weights
