Fantastic experience: Harvey at Southam gym has given me an excellent introduction to the gym equipment and how to use it correctly. I had an initial 5 PT sessions over 5 weeks to assess my fitness and get used to the equipment. Harvey then detailed 3 separate sessions for me to do each week in order for me to reach my goals

Fantastic experience: I purchased a 12 week PT package back in February and have not looked back. Now just about to complete my 2nd. Absolutely loving the training and the feel of the gym. Excellent equipment and good atmosphere. I always feel very comfortable and welcome. My trainer Finn is really fab. Very knowledgable, supportive and crucially makes me work hard. Exactly what I was looking for!!

Fantastic experience: Very well equipped gym with a range of equipment suitable for everyone from beginners to hardened meat heads. Always kept very clean, and good sound system for the music too. Best gym in area.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to FWX Southam for a couple of years now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. I originally joined because I wanted to do weight training to support my other athletic interests, and it’s been the best decision. I’ve had personal training sessions with them, and not only have I learned a lot, my confidence has grown massively too. It feels like a safe space where everyone can focus on their own goals without judgment. They have a great range of weights, machines, and equipment and the coaches are always there to offer guidance and encouragement. I highly recommend FWX Southam!

Fantastic experience: The gym in Southam is small enough to be super friendly but has all the equipment that you need. I’ve been having personal training sessions with Harvey for the last 3 months and have seen a huge difference in both my strength, weight and my mental state. Harvey is a great PT that explains why he’s making you do each exercise and how it comes together with the other exercises to enable you to meet your goals. He is sneaky and ups the weight when you’re not looking but that has meant I’ve hit PB’s so I can’t complain!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get back into training and choose this gym to do so. A big reason for picking this facility was wanting to use a personal trainer. Went down and met the team there (Harvey and Finn) and joined there and then. The facility itself has ample well maintained equipment and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I also use Harvey as a PT and the results have been incredible in a short space of time! Listens to your goals / targets and tailors a plan to suit that. Also they are very flexible so you don’t get the normal nonsense and charges - nice that people run a business off common sense and decency!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Fitness Worx Southam as a total gym newbie. Both the staff and customers have all been really friendly and helpful to someone who had no idea what they’re doing. I’ve been really enjoying it, and the PT’s have been great. Harvey does eat too much cous cous though

Fantastic experience: I have been having personal training sessions with Harvey for the last 5 weeks. Starting with a personalised programme targetted towards reaching my goals, Harvey has kept me on track in a highly supportive manner. He takes time to explain why we are doing what we are doing and how it contributes towards reaching those goals. His knowledge and advice is second to none, enabling me to learn as I am training. The most important thing for me is enjoying the process and cementing positive habits, Harvey does this by making our sessions challenging but fun at the same time. I genuinely look forward to each of my sessions, knowing that I will be working hard and moving a step forward in every session.

Negative experience: Poor gym facility, poor customer service. Requested to cancel my membership but I still had to pay 2 more months for a service I didn't use.

Fantastic experience: A great functional gym that doesn't get too busy in the afternoon and has all of the strength and functional equipment you'd need.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Worx Southam is a great gym. Well equipped. Friendly staff. The recent refub has further improved it in terms of equipment and overall vibe. Highly recommend whatever your physique/strength/fitness goals.

Negative experience: No better than thief's. Asked to cancel my subscription still took money.

Negative experience: Made a appointment to have a look around, got to the gym and pressed the bell waited for 10 min no body came out as the gym door is locked. Went bk 10 min later same again so wasn't very happy.

Fantastic experience: YOU HAVE EVERYTHING ONE COULD WANT IN A GYM AS WELL AS A GREAT LOCATION, GREAT STAFF, GREAT OWNERS. However, with that being said, Southam branch could look to improve equipment, add some freshness to it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Staff are friendly and helpful and fellow gym goers are the same. Never too crowded. Lots of great equipment including multiple squat racks. Mixture of steel plates as well as bumper plates. Lots of cross-fit / strongman equipment ie sleds, ropes, kettlebells, tyres, boxes, etc. Great location with plenty of free parking. I've added muscle and strength while getting leaner since joining the gym. Highly recommend whatever your level of strength or experience. Newbies just as welcome as hardcore gym rats. Relaxed, fun atmosphere. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the FMX Southam gym since Jan 2019, outside of lockdown times of course. The Staff have always been polite, accommodating and professional towards me. Being a few weeks away from my 60th birthday I am not there for the gains, I am there to build an exercise routine into a healthy lifestyle. Importantly, I have never felt judged when my often uncooperative body will not perform as I would like it to. Personally I think that you can tell a lot from the clientele. The fact that I have never been greeted by an unfriendly face or refused cooperation says it all.

Fantastic experience: I joined fitness worx when it first opend I was made to feel very welcome and they answerd all my questions. As a very self conscious person going to the gym I didn't need to be everyone is really friendly when I visit and show you how to use all the equipment. I've stated PT sessions with James and they are going great the gym membership is not tjat expensive and the equipment is what i need so happy to pay it to reach my target. I would highly recommend the gym Pam
