Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to BKK for just over 2 years! Couldn’t recommend enough! Friendly and knowledgable coaches and they offer a great selection of classes! I mainly go to the ladies boxing class and it is the best work out you’ll ever have! Family boxing on a Sunday is great! And the men’s class also! Everyone is welcome no matter what fitness level you are! Such a friendly bunch of people and I still look forward to it every week!

Positive experience: My son went to a free trial MMA session. The trainers and staff are friendly and helpful. There are two floors dedicated to the fighting arts.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, facilities are top class and the team are very welcoming and friendly. I am visiting family in Colchester, as I am based in Florida. Can always be a struggle to find a BJJ Gym accepting of people passing through, but this is definitely not the case at BKK. Very high level of technical ability, good strong rolls and a very professional environment. Welcoming, friendly and fierce on the matts. Nothing else you need!

Negative experience: Not a very nice attitude here. People who can't commit to or afford a monthly membership aren't welcome. No pay as you go option. And women are actively segregated into women only classes by lower rates for those classes.

Fantastic experience: I started to wrestle 6 years ago back in my home country (Egypt). I joined a lot of wrestling clubs. Besides, I participated in different national and international wrestling competitions. I definitely recommend this club for all ages. Training over there adds to my experience a lot. Mike ( the coach) is really professional. he has the ability to motivate each and single one in the training. The team is passionate and growing really fast. Wrestling is one of the best sports for kids and youngsters. Give yourself a chance to discover a great and special training environment and participate in it. :)
