Fantastic experience: So far, my favourite branch. The staff is amazing, members are polite, venue is clean and tidy. Machines are new and if they malfunction, they replace them fast. Overall, the only branch I feel at ease and safe.

Negative experience: Why don’t you have air con in summer? And no wipes? So sweaty if you like a sweaty unhygienic gym and wish to catch something this gym is for you

Negative experience: Unhygienic absolutely no wipes to clean equipment after use and too many flies after COVID I don’t understand why some gyms even if they’re cheap don’t provide sanitising wipes for equipment where people are sweating on

Negative experience: Avoid guys this gym is so small and from outside looks big but not worth it not enough equipment as well

Fantastic experience: Great trainers and friendly staff. Leon is an amazing trainer anything you can ask for. The gym is quite small and can get busy, it is clean but more hand sanitiser would be great.

Fantastic experience: Coming to the Gym Group has been the best decision ever. The team here are very experienced supportive and professional. Sarj is very approachable as a Manager.i work with Emoke who has been my strength throughout my journey here. Her knowledge has helped me learn and grow. I am however very disappointed alongside other people that train with Emoke that she no longer takes the classes here. We pay not only a monthly fee but a fee for a personal trainer and expect that service.!! I cannot fathom why this decision was implemented and know that many people have spoken about leaving the gym. I request that it be brought back as it was. This is not just a business but a life long journey for many people so be considerate of why people go in the gym in the first instance!! The staff I cannot fault but the decisions being brought in are questionable and seem to be more of a business focus where paying customers do not matter!

Fantastic experience: I have used this gym a few times. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy. There is plenty of equipment so no need to wait around. Would definitely recommend this gym

Positive experience: This gym has lovely staff, okay equipment to get the basics done. But one thing that gets me, is why is the heating always on? We are here to workout. This really is so silly and has been going on for way too long. Please sort this out and STOP putting the heating on.

Fantastic experience: Great gym staff who were very friendly when joining the gym

Negative experience: Bad vibes and gross. Found 2 gums stuck on some machines, there’s no cleaning stations so you just sit in someone else’s sweat, and the ladies’s changing room reek of sewage. They cancelled someone’s membership just for having an opinion on social media and it’s too busy of people just hogging machines while scrolling on their phones.

Positive experience: Really enjoy this gym but would be better if there was a 6pm class. 7pm is late and 5pm is hard when coming from work.

Fantastic experience: The staff are so lovely, Leon is so nice and helpful. It’s nice and quiet during the day and a good atmosphere to help you train to the best of your ability.

Fantastic experience: It is a great environment firstly for anyone who’s a beginner to someone who’s been in the gym for many years. The staff are so friendly and caring , anything you need they’ll do their best to look after you. Saj Matthew and JP are all great members of the team , they are all approachable, helpful and make you feel welcome the moment you interact with them. The equipment is great and versatile for all types of gym users, many ways to improve and make your work outs fun and enjoyable. A big recommendation to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym. Has all the necessary equipment and a lot of space for squats etc. there’s also more than 1 bench which is a huge plus. The only thing I’d like personally is a seated hamstring curl machine but that’s just me. Staff are also lovely and very welcoming

Positive experience: Have used this gym during covid and at the end of 2023. It's a decent sized gym and clean enough, my only issue is they had cleaning stations during covid that made me feel much better about using the equipment but this isn't available anymore Not sure whether they still have the free water fountain as I never noticed one? There's only the yanga water machine now

Fantastic experience: Great experience using the gym. Just started Pilates with Emoke… love it for a 65yr old! Emoke fully understandings your limitations and is excellent in guiding you through the steps for a more healthy you. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The gym has no mobile reception and if you're planning to listen to something during your workouts you're out of luck. The Wi-Fi is not usable for over a year now, can't connect or if you connect to it is not usable. I'm finding it hard to understand how this can't be sorted for such a long time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried different gyms in the area over the years and the gym group is the best one. This is due to the friendly and helpful staff. I particularly enjoy the new classes. Good range of equipment and members look after the gym. I would highly recommended this gym!
