Ocean Fit

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Ocean Fit. I've been going to the Fit Camp for a few months now and love it. Great for mental and physical health. Every session is challenging and a bit different from the last, everyone is so friendly and there's great support at every level.

Fantastic experience: Ocean fit is a fantastic, inclusive and friendly gym. From my very first session, Lucy ensured that I felt welcome and comfortable with all of the exercises. Bex was really encouraging and pushed me to achieve more than I thought I was able to during her classes. I always walked away from every session feeling as though I got a lot out of it. Lucy has created a positive environment where exercising is fun, and there is something for everyone to do. Due to moving out of Whitley Bay, I was only able to join Ocean Fit for two months, otherwise there is no doubt that I would have continued being a member.

Fantastic experience: Ocean Fit is a fantastic gym with something for everyone. Lucy has created such a warm and welcoming environment, and she really takes the time to make sure she knows all her clients well. Lucy (and the members of her team) are extremely knowledgeable, and will always adapt any exercise to cater for injuries etc. meaning you will be both challenged and supported in every session. I would highly recommend Ocean Fit to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love training here with Lucy and the gang and can't wait to get back. Such a friendly and motivated group and would highly recommend especially if you're new and feel intimidated with training in that environment, you will always be made to feel welcome and supported.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended Lucy’s fit camps for well over a year now and every session is fun, different and the 30 mins whizzes by! I always look forward to going - I’d highly recommend.

Negative experience: Recently did a trial at the beach bootcamp. I was not asked to fill out a health check which worried me due to my stent, concerning. The instructor seemed uninterested and couldn't leave fast enough and kept getting my name wrong. Wasted a lie in

Fantastic experience: Ocean Fit is a fab! I go to the indoor fit camp sessions and love the variety. Lucy is knowledgeable, approachable and pushes you just the right amount. The atmosphere is friendly, and always come away feeling great. I’d definitely recommend ocean fit.

Fantastic experience: Newly refurbished lovely gym in the centre of Whitley Bay. Lucy is incredibly knowledgeable and she has put her heart in this gym, you can tell by the enthusiasm she shows in every class. Highly recommended if you are looking to get fit and feel confident with a great offer of daily indoor fit camps, beach camps and personal training.
