Negative experience: Cramped
We can't please everyone. Maybe your better suited to another local gym with lots of space and a handful of machines. Our clients don't like to que and having so many machines means that we please the majority.

Fantastic experience: Came to this gym in 2010/11, been to a few others in the passing years but nothing is quite like Flex. Theres a 'huge variety' of machines, Boxing equipment and ring downstairs, as well as a cardio room, MMA training room, physical therapy, tanning area and more!
