Fantastic experience: Just completed my first week at this lovely, welcoming gym after a very long break from exercise. I had a brilliant induction with Vik who was so good with me! She gave me great advice and information without overwhelming me ☺️, I am actually looking forward to my sessions which has not been the case before. Thanks!

Negative experience: Very bad experience at this gym. I was told I could quit after a month, Shelley (the owner of the gym) assured me that she had cancelled it. Nearly six months later I was still being charged for a membership that I was told had been cancelled. Took weeks of calling, emailing and printing out bank statements to finally receive consistent replies and my refund, and then only got half of it. During this full process I was being told that the payments went through a third party app and there was nothing I could do. Yet the money was still being taken from my account. Shelley did not seem to care and was very patronising about the whole situation. After asking around this is not uncommon and has happened to multiple people

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym & Great Team. Always been very clean & tidy Fab classes (when they are allowed to run) & personalised workout plans that are achievable but still push you, always someone about to help if needed.
