Fantastic experience: Lovley staff really friendly, clean and modern, the "sunbeds" are amazing, they have really nice protein shakes " peanut and salted caramel" a favourite , they also offer health vitamins, tea, coffee too, nice relaxed atmosphere.

Housing high-end weight and resistance equipment, backed with a range of classes designed to help you achieve your goals. Advice, support and personal training sessions are readily available to keep you motivated and on track, whilst facilities are always clean and tidy.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member here since it opened and I couldn't be happier. This is a proper gym, with PTs who actually know what they are talking about (look at them, they know how to train - it's more than qualifications with them - it's a way of life). The equipment is exceptional. All the highest quality stuff and they are cleaning it all the time. Admittedly on first look this is like a serious bodybuilding gym (which is kinda what I wanted), but in reality it's inclusive for all people who want to get fit in a friendly, high quality environment. I've made friends training here as well as introduced a few people to train there.
