Positive experience: This gym is located near the town centre and two big carparks which are rarely full. The staff are really friendly and willing to help with any advice or knowledge needed and offer good deals, especially in comparison with the majority of other gyms in and around worksop. You can pay by cash or through card and can do a contracted membership. However, if you don't wish to, you don't have to all though it works out little bit extra. They also do personal training deals at a decent price in comparison to many gyms. From personal experience, the quieter times are around and after 6 oclock in the evening and just after mid day in the weekends. They also sell gym clothing and suppliments. Inside the gym contains two floors worth of equipment. including, free weights, isolation weights, benches, cables, bikes, treadmills, stepping machines and x- trainers. There is also a sunbed available. The reception is up the stairs when through the entrance and in the first gym floor on the left hand side.
