Fantastic experience: Jeff and Charmaine own and run this friendly gym. All levels of fitness are catered for, with various types of classes including spinning, boot camp, the class for you is waiting. Personal training is available. Individuals can join their gym membership and can use the facilities. There is always a good friendly group of people there to train with, I've been a member for twenty nine years. Give it a try.
