Fantastic experience: By far the best gym I have ever been too the staff are lovely Annalise is lovely always stops and has a gab about progression or weight loss or muscle gain Tom the PT in there is brilliant if you wanna progress with muscle gains he pushes you to achieve goals but not too hard he is brilliant I would totally recommend him to anyone also helps with nutrition side of progression

Negative experience: Was a good gym, got worse and worse as times gone on. Recently, they have decided to remove all cleaning stations from every gym group to become carbon neutral. This may be great for the environment, but it is not great for people who like to clean before and after they use the equipment. To stop the spread of diseases/infections. The cleaning is below the standard it should be no hand sanitiser anywhere in the gym. No soap in wash area to wash hands. Equipment is very limited and tiered needs a good revamp and cleaning facilities back to make this gym good again. Staff are very friendly and do help when asked. However, I'm a gym user at 3am and no staff on site, so I can not ask for anything.
Hi, hope you are well. Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.

Fantastic experience: The gym group Middlesbrough is a friendly environment and the staff are always ready to help. I would 100% recommend this gym!!!
Fantastic experience: Very relaxed atmosphere, good selection of machines and a distinct cut off between the meat section and the general user section. There's always staff about and a cleaner too. My only reservation would be one every gym is subject to, I wish certain machines had a second version to improve access.
Fantastic experience: With the new trend in gyms being dark it is a nice refreshing change to have a bright and open gym to train in. Also as someone with various disabilities I still feel very welcome and know I have the support of staff. The gym isn't manned all week but, I know there is support at the end of a phone which is clearly marked througout.

Positive experience: Really enjoying using the gym, its clean and has all the kit you need. It can get quite busy and hard to train at peak times, but being 24hr allows me to use it off peak which is usually fairly quiet

Fantastic experience: Staff are great!! Clean and tidy gym. Annalise as took her time to show me around the equipment and how to use it correctly. I'm new to the gym, she's given me some workouts to help with my training. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Been training here for just over a year now and love it , staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is always nice , i weight train and always felt like I couldn’t train weights because of other gym atmospheres but everyone here is lovely and not once do I ever feel uncomfortable, it’s always clean and tidy too

Negative experience: i bought a membership because my friend wanted to go, i ended up going once in the month and so i cancelled it and it said fully cancelled and next payment wouldn’t come out then they took the next months payment out 2 days early and even tho i clearly won’t go the next month, so lost £20 to a scam, says you have to cancel 4 days early but why would you want to lose 4 days of your membership at the end, and they won’t give me a refund even though i don’t want another month’s membership

Positive experience: No one takes there large weights off bars. DBs absolutely everywhere, no order on the rack. No limit on parking is a win.

Positive experience: Recently opened so as you would expect, equipment as new. Downside is the men's changing room as it's ridiculously small. There were 3 of us in there and it was full. It needs a rethink as long-term it won't work.

Fantastic experience: One of many gyms from this franchise. Well equipped and open 24/7 so this is a big advantage. For some reason I don't feel comfy there, but maybe this is my first reaction.
