Fantastic experience: Cracking gym - revamped few months back to a much better layout & all custom equipment good level of footfall too but never too busy !!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Club Gym Wellness for a while now and I have to say it feels like a second home of sorts. The staff are friendly and helpful and you do not have to be a gym fanatic to work out there comfortably. Everyone is welcome! I love it and thank my lucky stars everyday the owners opened up in Cambuslang!

Negative experience: Bunch of scan artists who won't let you cancel a subscription. Redid the whole place and made it worse and then charged you more

Negative experience: Too much equipment squeezed into too small a space. Too much duplication of equipment that isn't used and too little of the equipment that is. Prepare to wait for equipment ( other than treadmills, plenty of those). No parking owned by the gym with half the public carpark restricted to one hour parking only and the other half as long as you need, but very busy, mainly taken up by staff from the council offices and shoppers.

Layout: Our gym space is optimised to maximise the variety of equipment available for different workout preferences. We understand it might feel compact, but we've intentionally designed it to ensure efficient use of space. It may change in future depending on usage patterns after our 1 year point. 2. Equipment Variety: We offer a diverse range of equipment to cater to various fitness needs. While there may be some duplication, it's often to accommodate peak usage times and minimise wait times. 3. Equipment Availability: We strive to maintain equipment availability for all members. Wait times can occur during peak hours just like in any other gym, we will continuously monitor and manage usage to minimise inconvenience. 4. Parking: Regrettably, we don't own the public parking area you mentioned, which can be busy at times. We recommend also utilising alternative parking options nearby such as Main Street or Bridge Street. We value your feedback and hope we can provide you with a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Fantastic experience: Used to go to this place back when it was Energie Fitness and it was decent enough back then but nothing special. Recently started going back though now that it's under new ownership and all refurbished, and I've been properly impressed. The new equipment and machines are fantastic and there's are plenty of racks for those wanting to do barbell work. Really friendly staff too. Only complaint I have really is that the bench area for dumbbell work is really small, but I suppose that can't really be helped due to it being a small gym.
Thank you for the great feedback. We have recently added another rack of dumbbells to the functional zone meaning there are now double the amount of benches available to do dumbbell work in.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Plenty of new equipment, clearly a big investment has been made and it shows. Staff are always on hand to help with the new equipment. Classes are good as well. All in all its a pleasure to use.

Fantastic experience: CGW Cambuslang is everything I knew it would be & more! As a previous member of CGW Merchant City that had to leave due to permanently working from home after Covid, I had high hopes! I have not been disappointed. The kit is incredible & plenty of it. I’ve needed help with a few things & the staff have been so friendly & approachable. After training in my garage for 3 years I had lost my “mojo” 1 week training in CGW Cambuslang & it’s back!! So so happy

Fantastic experience: Fantastic layout with all new equipment. Staff are all very approachable and willing to advise on how to use equipment. Clean changing rooms with plenty of locker space and hot powerful showers.
