Negative experience: Good gym with nice staff, but terrible greedy company. I cancelled my membership but they kept taking money out of my account and one of the payments was £50 which I had never paid before lol. They make it basically impossible to cancel memberships so they can suck every last drop of money out of you.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped, clean, and friendly gym. Good selection of classes available. I have only been a member for a couple of weeks, but so far so good.

Negative experience: Too busy and they should cap their amount of members in at once

Fantastic experience: Brilliant facility that is 24 hours. Very reasonable pricing and excellent facilities. A friendly team and some excellent classes for all abilities. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I Joined beginning of 2023. Wanted to leave in June as I was expecting my second child. Was told to leave it on a 6 month freeze. I was convinced to put it on a freeze, they’ve taken 30 pound a month since December (£120). While I knew I was not entitled to a full refund or even a cash refund, I asked for 3 months free for when I do return, even said I’d return the next month. Was basically told to Go Funk Yourself. They then had the audacity to say they needed 30 days notice and not to delete the direct debit I had already deleted. So now I’m on the hook for an “admin fee” which is a 5 minute phone call or a copy past email. They have a secure tag in/out system. They know who comes and goes and they know I’ve not been since May of last year. They didn’t feel the need to notify me of the service I’m paying for, no contact whatsoever. yet they demand I pay another £30 before I stop going?! How about you notify your patrons instead of silently squeezing them every pay day. It’s not hard to set up such a system, something tells me you know people would cancel and it’s a critical amount of revenue you generate. Taking an extra 30 once I leave….This was standard practices for gyms, but I’m going to express the standard opinion of a hard working citizen who feels this is an outdated practice. A lot of gyms don’t do this anymore. Pure Gym, and snap fitness to name two off the top of my head. In 2024 during a cost of living crisis, acts like this should be outlawed. If I had to review the place as a gym. It was always busy. Too many young folk taking videos and selfies and everywhere you look is a camera recording you albeit it’s not you they’re trying to record, but still. Got a routine you want to power through in 60 minutes? No chance, especially when a group is hogging a bench. All in all, be aware of their shady practices and if you can’t find anywhere else, this is ok I suppose.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience. Too many teenagers hanging around and using phones. I had a photo taken of me and shared on Snapchat by a teenager with curly hair. Constant people taking images for social media also and you get caught in background of it. Just felt so uncomfortable. Gym equipment is good. Staff are friendly. It's not really the gyms fault. Just be aware if you want to join that this may happen.

Fantastic experience: My first week at this gym and my experience has been good. I did have a membership with puregym in Aberdeen, but logistically it was a bit intense and costly in fuel. So I was looking for a gym which was situated closer to home. I did not realise until searching online that this gym was in Inverurie so I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously it is not as big as pyregym, but it does have all the equipment which I need. The showers are great and the changing room was clean. However I only used it once, preferring to shower at home. I attend at about 5:30 in the morning and at that time there is no music, which I like. But at 6:00am the music is turned on. I guess I need to purchase some headphones. Lol. Staff seem very friendly. Good gym and would recommend.

Positive experience: Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately no matter what time i go in an evening the gym is too busy to use the equipment or space in the gym i want.

Fantastic experience: Really pleasant experience! Modern equipment, friendly and helpful staff, clean and very well kept by all members. I have been using the facilities for 2 weeks and I have already noticed a big difference in my body, strength and confidence. I would highly recommend it!!!
