Fantastic experience: Clean space friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend 313 fitness bootcamp sessions which I have attended over the past few years. Great and very supportive instructors that will help you achieve your goals. Great little cafe indoors too, that serves delicious protein shakes. These bootcamps are great if you're nervous about going to a gym and not knowing how to use the equipment, it's a great place to start and build your way up. It's also great for intermediate people who just want to maintain their physique and build on their strength. I look forward to going back soon.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of 313 fitness for a long time and it has truly transformed my fitness journey. The facilities are top-quality with a wide range of modern equipment that is always well-maintained. The classes are diverse, from high-intensity interval training. Also my daughter does weekend karate lessons which she enjoys a lot.

Fantastic experience: My journey with 313 goes back many years. Now my children are also growing and benefitting from the high level martial arts classes delivered by professional trainers. Always receiving the best customer service. So happy to have 313 in our community. THE BEST fitness classes for both adults and children.

Fantastic experience: This is a very good place to do martial arts. They get to the point, they don't waste time and overall very good training. I would recommend this place a lot, u can also make good friends on the way. The martial arts reputation was very good unlike many. I wish I took a picture of how cool the training process was, they had punching bags and everything! Don't worry I'm not like many people who write fake responses, if you don't believe me you can have a FREE trial lesson to see if you like it. I give it a/. It can also help a lot with your fitness.

Fantastic experience: I have been using 313 for the last few years doing the Bootcamps which are intense but equally rewarding. I have seen a huge difference with my strength and appearance. The team are amazing, the gym is always clean, they always implement new workouts and often buy new equipment. The gym environment is unmatched, no egos, just hard training sessions but we still manage to have a laugh. Yousaf is a brilliant coach, he always pushes us especially when we think we can't do more, that extra push makes a huge difference. Thanks team, I'm glad to be part of the 313 family!!!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with brilliant instructors, who will really push you to help you achieve your fitness goals. Cannot recommend this place enough for newbies looking to learn the ropes, and even for experienced gym freaks since there are multiple combat training classes to explore and test yourself out with.

Fantastic experience: I have been on a few consecutive women’s only bootcamps and have been treated really well. Facility is clean and has a variety of equipment. Personal trainers challenge you to beat your best and the WhatsApp group motivates you in terms of diet as well as exercise. Fantastic women’s only services and a safe place to work out. Also the Snickers protein shake is delicious! I recommend 313 to everyone I know!

Negative experience: staff are very rude. Took money from me even i informed them i left. Made me pay more than £100 for no reason. Staff are very very rude. Please dont go there. There are other boxing gym near by. Worst gym I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! Almost to the end of the 8 week womens bootcamp and will most definitely be carrying it on and trying out the boxing and muay thai sessions. My cousin and I absolutely love this place, trainers are super professional, great studio and have noticed a big difference in my fitness. They make you feel like you're part of the 313 family, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son who is 4 has begun wrestling classes here. I wanted to find something local but something professional. I have noticed a real positive change in his physical strength and in his overall discipline. He looks forward to Sunday morning wrestling. All the staff here are very helpful and attentive. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The cafeteria also offer a nice selection of drinks and bites to eat.

Negative experience: Do not send your child here, there is no progress, staff are rude, Thai place is full of lies and unprofessional people Fraudulently have not discontinued my direct debit even after both informally and formally that we no longer wish to continue Have been harassing me for subscription payments via message and calls even though I have made clear that I will never go back to this place There is no progress in the what is being taught here. A lot of parents I know have left this place while some lessons my child and other children have complained to parents that they are only doing general exercise rather than being taught what these people call karate When we first started at this place we were informed we could what he our children on a screen which never happened One of the staff members locked me inside in the cafeteria area as he needed to leave the area unattended while he went upstairs to use the phone If you complain to the staff members about anything you are unhappy about they will only argue back to you and tell you how wrong you are and that they never said or did anything The list is endless Really hope this place closes down Will make sure to definitely inform as many people of the rubbish and fraudulent services at this place If they continue to ask for payment for the service which I have already informed them of that I am not interested in or do not cancel the direct debit, I will make a formal complaint and take legal action

Negative experience: An absolute waste of money my kids went there for few months and only thing they learned was few steps which they learned in the first month. This is a facility to extract money from you that’s all. When I cancel on the 1st of July they took money from me for the whole July and the whole August which was absolutely unethical and the only argument they had was we have a policy. I was lucky that they did not have a 3 month or 6 months cancellations policy.

Fantastic experience: Have been having women's only personal training with one of the PTs Ula, she's been fantastic by encouraging and challenging me in my sessions. The gym is great in terms of women's only facilities so I feel comfortable coming regularly and it happens to be very close to home, both of which has encouraged me to be consistent.

The trainers have so much experience and knowledge, the classes are challenging and the environment is very supportive. If you’re thinking of trying Muay Thai classes here I’d definitely recommend giving it a go!

Fantastic experience: Excellent classes and facilities for children. A real focus on teaching them discipline that they can apply to other aspects of their lives and to improve their character. The teachers are really great with their children and my two boys enjoy the variety within the lessons. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

Fantastic experience: Both my boys have been attending for over a year and have steadily progressed. Great atmosphere and real sense of camaraderie. In-house grading is a real bonus as previous clubs have had additional travel and charges for this. All queries and concerns dealt with promptly. Highly recommend.

The quality of the karate instruction is outstanding, and the level of customer service offered by the staff is excellent. The karate teachers are truly incredible. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about the art of karate. They teach not only the physical techniques but also the philosophy and discipline behind the practice. My child has grown so much under their tutelage, both in terms of physical ability and personal development. The children's area is always clean, well-maintained. And the staff at 313 Fitness Centre are simply fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and they always go out of their way to ensure that our experience is a positive one. The grading experience at 313 Fitness Centre is absolutely amazing. The karate teachers prepare the students thoroughly, ensuring that they are ready for the grading exam. On the day of the exam, the teachers are supportive and encouraging, and they ensure that the students feel confident and prepared. And I can't forget to mention the Cafiteria - the gym's café that provides quality, healthy food while we wait for our child's class to finish. The food is always fresh and delicious, and it's a great option for both adults and children. Overall, I would highly recommend 313 Fitness Centre to anyone looking for a quality gym experience for their child. The karate classes are top-notch, the grading experience is amazing, the customer service is excellent, and the Cafiteria is a great added bonus. This gym truly has it all!

Fantastic experience: I've done personal training sessions one to two times a week for the last year and I would highly recommend 313. My sessions have been focused on technical padwork and conditioning for boxing and kickboxing & I can see a huge improvement from where I started given the skills of the coaches.

Fantastic experience: I'm having a Muay Thai class every Thursdays evening with a group of Lovely Ladies and coach ! It's a great place and being surrounded by women makes me feel more comfortable. Negative experience: First and foremost when you check the review of this place check the lowest reviews and you notice a common theme. The owners attitude literally stinks!!! The owner of this business is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never come across someone like this. My children did not attend 6 weeks of classes for which he demanded payment. I made it clear that they will no longer be attending but the owner said he wanted an extra 6 weeks of payment apparently due to their policy. I agreed to make it a charitable donation to him in cash (which they prefer) when I’m in the area, as I was preoccupied. He hounded me for the money, spoke aggressively and was by far the most ill mannered individual I have ever come across. He would bombard me with calls from different numbers every other day, text messages and voice messages. Even after he was informed when I’m in the locality payment will be made. After he received the money. I requested an apology for his behaviour. Which he refused to do. I have WhatsApp messages from the owner to prove he has also been calling me out face to face. This was his laughable attempt to intimidate me. His messages include comments such as “Like I said. Grow a pair and come see me. We can talk this through” The following was a message from him when I told him my mother has been in ICU so I was unable to answer his calls. “You have blocked our numbers and avoided our calls. All to get out of paying a dept you owe and have constantly used your mothers illness as an excuse. ( may Allah swt give her good health ). Honestly you are embarrassing. Good luck to you. !” The irony is he also makes religious connotations within his callous response. He was fully aware that my mother was in ICU. Hence I could not bring my children in for the classes. He was informed payment would be made in person as soon as I get a chance (since I do not live local to his business) but I guess he really needed the £99 and could not wait. When he was relentless in accusing me of lying I sent him my mothers hospital letter to which his response was. “Lol. What a joke” It was his lack of empathy and cold attitude that struck me. The owner has continued to send me harassing messages even after he has been paid and tipped some extra. His initial response to my feedback was to reveal personal details of mine, including where I work and to make false allegations in an attempt to tarnish my reputation. He then realised how this could turn into a legal issue so took that review down. If you own a business and there is “bad debt” you follow the legal avenues to retrieve that. If he really felt it was a genuine debt then that is the professional way of dealing with it. You DO NOT harass, threaten and accuse. The warning should have been when after I took my children for the trial class, he kept calling every few days. He said the places are filling up I have to hurry and make payment and bring them in. His behaviour is literally BEGGARS belief. All this can be verified via messages and calls on my phone. I would not attend this fitness centre even if the classes were free. If you have met this individual then you would know his behaviour and lack of communication skills speaks for itself……

A range of classes, aimed at all skill levels, and men's and women's (separate) classes. Honestly a very worthwhile investment – highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I joined the 313 8 Week Ladies Bootcamp. Due to change in personal circumstances I had to delay the start - the team were super friendly, supportive and accommodating. Finally made it to sessions and exactly the boost I needed to kick start my fitness journey again. Warm, welcoming environment that is totally non-judgemental. What I particularly liked is that there was good emphasis on body weight and weight based activities and attention to technique. Pre and post measurements show progress (even though I missed half the sessions) so all in all a great 8 weeks with friendly and encouraging instructors. Will be back again soon!
