Negative experience: Although I was very happy with the end result of my BIAB nails, 2 days after they were completely ruined, have not used any chemical products or anything and they look awful.

Fantastic experience: Chelsea is fab, and her little dog, too!

Fantastic experience: Amazing spin class by Nicola, my first one and she was so kind and helpful. I felt really comfortable and it was such a good workout! Unfortunately my shift pattern means I won’t be able to do this regularly otherwise I would love too! 1000% recommend the hayloft fitness and Nicola’s spin class! :)

Fantastic experience: Went for my hair done yesterday and was amazed at how comfortable I felt. All staff were lovely, professional and friendly. Despite their being some commotion where another customer verbally abused staff for their appointment running slightly behind, staff dealt with this 100% professionally. I am over the moon with my new hair, and will definitely return!

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking experience here left in tears because of the way i was treated sint even have my treatments as they were really late and running behind by over half an hour... says they have parking, it's a lie.... they don't.... and still charge you for last min cancellation even though you've sat and waited Iver half an hour for your appointment...

Fantastic experience: We have just returned.after a 3 night break.very clean and comfortable.closw to glossop.town center.lovly walks around .it was chilly cold and rainy.but we wasn't worried.as plenty of lovely places to visit.hare and the hound did a splendid Sunday dinner.and dog friendly.as is the hayloft.my only dispute.was the lounge area is on the top floor.. beautifull.but no heating supplied .could have maybe had some oil filled radiator .as we wasn't able to spend as much time as we would have liked.too cold..had to sit watching TV in the kitchen or bedroom..but would definitely go again.maybe when weather is a little warmer.

Negative experience: My previous poor review has been deleted, but I feel strongly enough at the terrible treatment I received to write another one. Booked for a wedding hair trial in advance and explained that I was a bit nervous about it. The person who cut my hair embarrassed me so much by telling me I should have already known what I wanted, and rudely dismissed my queries that they might have pictures to give ideas. I thought that working out what would suit me and look nice was the purpose of the appointment and trial. She also said she didn't know why I'd been booked to her when she wouldn't be free on the date of my wedding, and so sadly had little interest in doing a good job. Afterwards none of my friends even noticed that I had my hair done, that's how bad it was. I will never go back again for such humiliation and disappointment.

Positive experience: My husband enjoyed his massage, although we paid for half an hour and he got less than 20 minutes so wont be booking again unfortunately

Fantastic experience: Hard work but fun

Positive experience: Myself and three others came to have hair and makeup for my son's wedding. The staff in the hairdressers were amazing, happy and chatty making us all feel at ease would have given theses girls 5 stars then we all went one by one to have make up each one if us found this experience quite negative feeling rushed and finding the make up artist very rude I came up to have my make up done and asked the girl on the reception do I just go up for my makeup she replied rudely I will take you how do I know you weren't just coming to go to the toilet.

Negative experience: Went to the Hayloft for a gel manicure - the manicure felt a little rushed, and my cuticles weren't taken care of. The lady didn't make much effort to talk to me, and instead spoke more to other clients and staff members. When I went to pay, I was informed that payment is by cash or bank transfer only - this was not communicated to me at the time of booking. nor is it mentioned on the Hayloft's website.

Fantastic experience: Lily and Ashleigh did such an amazing job at colouring my hair and fixing my brows. Definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Laura (Nail Tech) and Siobhan (Semi Permanent Mua) have outstanding work, I would recommend them to anyone. everyone always compliments me on my nails and microbladed brows. Love Them!

Negative experience: Rude and lazy. The woman who cut my hair was more interested in talking about herself than doing her job. she didn't use a mirror to show me the back of my hair when shed finished. got home and I had to trim some bits at the front of my hair that shed missed because she was too busy talking about herself and to her colleague.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Recommend highly to everyone. I've had lashes done and will be returning for nails and eyebrows!
