Positive experience: Not open during the day, parking is often really busy. Limited selection of classes. The gym is pretty small. Place is clean and staff are friendly.

Negative experience: Since manager left a few months ago - Demi - the place has really gone downhill. George is the only member of staff who knows what he is on about, the rest are useless. Do not recommend.
