Hearts Ladies Health Club - Ladies Gym Crosby

Fantastic experience: I joined with the intention of progressing my mobility following an injury. The support and knowledge from staff and other members to enable this to happen has been exceptional. Alongside this I also use it as a social meeting following a very long period almost in isolation at home. This experience has built my confidence and self esteem striving at what I can do, not what I cannot do. Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly & professional. Classes are brilliant. It is cleaned to a high standard, but showers are not powerful, but don't let that put you off joining.

Fantastic experience: Relaxed atmosphere work at your own pace or join in a class. Plenty of people to meet and chat if you want. Free tea and coffee very relaxing xxx

Positive experience: Only just joined the gym, so far so good. Everyone I've met has been very friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: A bit shabby and geared toward the hire of personal trainers. Also the equipment in the gym is pretty old these days.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since last lock down finished and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I find it really motivational to go to somewhere where you feel comfortable when working out and all the staff ensure this is exactly how you feel at all times. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Amazing staff, tonnes of fantastic classes, well maintained gym all round and very reasonable in price. Great for women of all ages, shapes and sizes, very friendly place.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all lovely, facilities are great they have 2 big studios, 1 spin studio, the gym is huge, they even have a spa with a steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. There are so many classes morning and evening. It's really nice to come in to a smiling face on the desk every day

Fantastic experience: Been joined up for about a year and have never looked back. All the staff are brilliant and lovely and the classes and brilliant. Never been able to stick at a gym before but this has changed my mind!

Positive experience: Never visited as Male but knew Hayley who was a trainer there. If all the girls were like her then it must be sucessful and pleasant to join as a member.

Fantastic experience: Oh I love this gym. Very supportive team. NHS discount. It's good if you wanna work out. Or just a chill & a catch up with your friend in the Jacuzzi. The sauna & steam is amazing for your skin.
